Transparency and Reliability of the Unicist Business Arms

You have witnessed or participated in the turnaround of the Unicist Confederation (UC) and the Unicist Healthcare Confederation (UHC). It was done through the TURIFICATION of the commercial processes of the business arms. The Unicist Research Institute (TURI) was the fastest growing research organization in the world and its growth-model has now been benchmarked by the Confederations.
If you truly participated (action), you can now use the information on Continuous Improvement and Big Changes to do the reflection process, then apply it (action) to the improvement of your work processes and recycle it until you manage how to improve work processes. This process has been a paradigmatic example of the Unicist Continuous Improvement technology.
If you do not have the necessary conscious experience of what “happened”, you can only say that you witnessed a turnaround done in one week.
The main aspects that resulted were:
1) The Unicist Library is absolutely necessary to provide the concepts, ontogenetic maps and fundamentals for:
- Universities and Business Schools
- In Company Corporate Universities
- IT Architecture
- Knowledge Management
- Continuous Improvement
- Business Process Management
- Business Strategy and Architecture
2) The Unicist Library is a virtual consultant for all those who deal with the concepts of what is being done. It has to be considered that if the concept of what is being done is not known, an individual can only repeat analogous experiences without being able to adapt to the environment.
3) Without participating in learning processes people cannot move from a traditional dualistic approach to a conceptual approach that requires emulating the dynamics of reality in their mind.
4) The market of the UC and the UHC are organizations that have at least a middle level of maturity (3+ in terms of CMMI).
5) LinkedIn is from now on the central relationship building object. The methodology to work in LinkedIn is based on:
a) Few posts based on the presentation of a triadic structure of information that allows others to judge without participating. It implies competing with World Class alternatives.
b) The participation in LinkedIn can only be done from Monday to Friday.
c) The core of the activity is the participation in the discussion of the groups using “exclusively” the unicist debate technology to build social capital by competing and cooperating.
d) The division of the roles in LinkedIn:
-Relationship building with potential clients.
-Relationship building with potential providers.
6) B2B direct marketing is the natural tool to give access to the greatest scientific breakthrough in the field of adaptive behavior of individuals, businesses and cultures.
7) The low profile of Peter Belohlavek needs to be changed towards an “extreme high profile” as the scientist who led the major research work in the field of evolution and human adaptive systems from physics and biology to social sciences. It is needed to provide the authorship of what is behind the technologies that are provided. (This is still at the beginning stage and a Committee has been constituted to ensure this goal. This Committee is led by Diana Belohlavek).
The era of multiplication is now installed in the UC and the UHC. It was based on the benchmark of the multiplication in research (TURI). It is already working.
This implies that all “power driven organizations” are being left aside unless they make a turnaround in “one shot” (homologous to what we have done); they cannot be transparent or reliable; subjectivism needs to prevail in this type of organizations. This is the final stage of the global strategy of the Unicist Group.
