Peopleware is defined by the structure of objects that individuals have in their minds which define the models they use when dealing with hardware and software at work. It  provides the necessary information to transform business architectures into operational business models.

Peopleware is what allows integrating hardware and software providing the true driver of the business model.

It is necessary to understand the organizational equilibrium laws, the natural organization and the object driven business model in order to manage peopleware.

When peopleware has been defined and adequate aesthetic use of software with a solid hardware will make business processes operational.

Peopleware is perhaps the most significant development to provide business operational solutions to companies.

It allows transforming administrative systems into adaptive systems to upgrade work processes when managing businesses as unified fields.

Peopleware provides the utility to operational business models allowing software to be user friendly (aesthetic for the user) and the functionality of hardware to become solid.

By definition, an approach that deals with the deepest human drivers to work is abstract. This abstraction needs to be apprehended in a reflection process to approach solutions for work processes.

Peopleware is business architecture applied to work process design. Therefore, it is for people who have a sound knowledge of the business that is being modeled.

New Stage Retreat: The Unicist Maturity Standard

A retreat to synthesize the maturity standard to assess the possibilities of business expansion is starting now. The final objective is to confirm or change the pathway of the new stage of worldwide partnering expansion and to define the Unicist Maturity Standard to measure the conditions of business expansions.

It is the synthesis of almost 40 years of applications in more than 500 organizations and thousands of individuals, which allowed confirming that the individual work culture and the business culture are defined by the work / business processes that are being used.

As it is known, the Unicist Standard was developed to manage the adaptiveness of human actions in the individual, institutional and social fields. It establishes the basic fundamentals that need to be managed in any adaptive process.

The Unicist Maturity Standard has been developed to define the maturity of work processes in the individual and business field in order to define the critical mass an individual or organization has to influence the environment to grow. Growth implies going beyond existing boundaries, which implies “globalization” within a country or in the world.

The output of this retreat will be transformed into Unicist Maturity Guidelines to be used by our partners. These guidelines will be published on April 2, 2014.

Unicist Turnkey Solutions for End-Users in Business

From August 2012 on, only turnkey solutions will be provided to end users in business. This implies that the unicist ontology based and objects driven technologies will be only provided to Corporate and Professional Partners. No technologies will be sold to end-users.

This implies that end-users only need to manage the operation of the business objects / business units / business processes that are installed.

The partners who participate in the development of solutions will have the Unicist Knowledge Object Manager, the Unicist Fact-book and the Centralized Quality Assurance Services available.

Lectures of the Unicist Scientific Dissemination Program

The objective of this program is to disseminate worldwide the use of the unicist ontological approaches to manage adaptive systems.

The R&D of complex adaptive systems belongs to the field of complexity science which was and is the field of Peter Belohlavek’s research.

He was the discoverer of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature, of the unicist ontology of evolution, human ontointelligence and multiple applications in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution.

Peter Belohlavek will be in charge of these lectures to give worldwide access to the main applicative unicist ontology based and object driven solutions developed using this approach.

The Tweetinars on Unicist Business Architecture have been launched today in three languages. The final format of the Unicist Tweetinar could be finished after 3 months of pilot testing.

Unicist Business Architecture includes the fundamental diagnosis of the unified field of a business defined by its ontologies, the description of the business model, the development of the strategy to be used, the definition of the work processes and the business objects to be included in these processes.

Unicist Tweetinars are focused on the use of ontology based and object driven technologies to design the structure of businesses in order to foster growth.

Business Models are developed to deal with the future of businesses. The future does not exist today, but it can be “built” making inferences based on the knowledge of the ontological structure of the unified field of the business.

Unified fields can be seen in different amplitudes within two dimensions:

1) An amplitude for the influential dimension
2) An amplitude for the temporal dimension

Unicist Hyperrealism provides a logical, reasonable, provable and understandable structure and the necessary business objects to develop the processes to transform the hyperreality that is implicit in any business model into results.

Hyperrealism requires apprehending the oneness of the unified field included in a business. The apprehension of the unified field requires true knowledge of the business.

Two Unicist Corporate Universities (UCU), implemented in small / start up businesses, allowed covering the last segments which were the small, start-up and family business markets.

In-company Unicist Corporate Universities are business platforms to promote growth and measurable monetary results. The results of a Unicist Corporate University are measured as a business unit in terms of the business expansion of the organizer.

The gravitational Corporate Universities are built to provide essential knowledge to deal with the business. They need to provide this knowledge in a way that the concepts dealt with become obvious and self-evident for the mass.

They do not use benchmarks but metaphors to approach unknown fields. They need to be developed in conceptual language in order to deal with the nature that underlies the business.

Originally, they were derived from academic and training activities providing know-how to the members of organizations. But some differentiated technological companies began to use them also to expand their businesses.

This growth stage that began in June implies the expansion of the activity of the Unicist Confederation based on “Research & Developments Spin-offs”.

This spin-off model is focused on the use of technologies and objects that solve problems of the adaptive aspects of businesses.
