Unicist Object Driven Business Negotiation Strategy

Negotiation implies integrating the interests of individuals or institutions that are divergent. For this purpose, a superior convenience needs to be found.

A unicist negotiation strategy requires achieving an agreement at different levels:

The levels of negotiation are:

1)      The negotiation of the roles: It implies defining the acceptance of the roles of the participants in a negotiation.

2)      The power negotiation: defining the destruction and construction power of the participants.

3)      The business negotiation: defining the value added by each part.

4)      The negotiation of the complementation: defining the activities to be developed in order to sustain complementariness.

A negotiation is implicitly a war with no material weapons. It requires following three steps within the four levels of negotiations.

The three steps are:

a)      Authority conflict: There has to be an authority conflict in order to accept that both parts are peers from some point of view.

b)      Involution conflict: both parts need to accept that they have opposite interests in order to need to find a bridge. It is necessary to find a superior convenience that works as gravitational force to integrate the opposition.

c)      Evolution conflict: A negotiation ends when both parts accept that they are complementary and that the agreement they have achieved enriches both parts in some way. Win-win doesn’t mean that both parts have the same benefit. It just means that both parts win.

The natural complementation conflicts begin when the negotiation ends. Complementation conflicts are the natural evolution conflicts. They need to be managed so the process does not begin from scratch.

Aesthetics is the core of Steve Jobs' business approach

Apple’s success is based on the capacity of perceiving the latent needs of the market and delivering original innovative solutions.

We hope you made the effort to learn from Steve Jobs about Apple’s fundamentals as we proposed.

If you still haven’t done the “homework” we recommend watching the video before following the reading of the answer to the questions posted:

http://unicist.net/it/learning-from-steve-jobs-apple%E2%80%99s-fundamentals/

We consider that the core fundamental of Apple is aesthetics. But aesthetics is not beauty. It goes beyond.

Apple products are aesthetic because they complete the needs of their prospect clients, they are desirable and harmonic.

They also include inaccessible aspects that basically deal with innovative technology.

It can be said that the integration of an innovative technology with the fulfillment of latent needs are the core fundamentals that drive Apple’s business.

Steve Jobs is a doer himself

“Doers make things happen. Therefore, more than ever before, it is time for doers in the world.”

Doers are very special individuals. They are basically individuals whose fulfillment is based on doing transcendent things. They need to achieve what they have decided to do. When things cannot be done the easy way, they find the necessary path to make things happen.

“The world is built by doers and enjoyed by followers”. The joy of doers is in the deed itself.

We hope this has been useful.

Unicist Confederation: a multilocal-cooperative-confederation

To work with a Confederation it is necessary to understand its fundamentals and have the necessary technical-analytical knowledge to generate added value to grow within growth.

But the limit of growth is given by the energy an organization or individual can focus on the market.

Unicist Standard: Dealing with Risk Management

The immune system of an organization is defined by the structure of objects that are able to detect and destroy the elements that attack the institution.

The immune system of an organization implies the existence of all the “objects” that are available in order to destroy the threat.

This is necessary in order to liberate the “negative” energy introduced by a “virus”. From an ontological point of view the institutional immune system can be shown in the following objects.

Action inhibiting objects are those whose function is the elimination of threats.

Entropy inhibiting objects are those whose function is to avoid a dysfunctional entropy of the active function.

Driving objects are those that impulse the action in an institution.

Catalyzing objects are those that accelerate the functionality of the whole or parts of the institution.

Gravitational objects are those that influence other objects in order to provide the necessary energy to function.

Natural Laws of Negotiation: The Unicist Standard in Strategy

The negotiation between two parts depends on their complementariness and the power they can exert.

Peter Belohlavek’s e-book provides the natural laws of business strategy. We strongly recommend downloading and printing this book in order to use it as a bedside book until you manage the natural laws of business strategy. It will shift your business life.

Some of the laws follow as an example:

  1. No negotiation is possible when there is no complementariness. In that case the alternatives are: to dominate or being dominated.
  2. To build complementariness it is necessary to be aware of the other’s needs and of one’s values.
  3. The negotiation power depends on the destruction capacity and not on the construction capacity.
  4. Complementariness is built with the construction capacity. The not used destruction capacity is what supports the negotiation.
  5. …….

Beware of business stagnations or downgrades

In stagnated or involving business the organization is driven by its strengths considering the implicit weaknesses as a limit for their actions.

This is functional to businesses working in markets that are stagnated. But a business that works within the limits of their weaknesses enters automatically in an involution cycle if the market evolves.

Involving businesses use to compensate their weaknesses with a dominant role. Stagnated businesses fight against involution exerting power to convince the market and the internal organization that they are following or leading a trend.

Market Labs on Social Networks as Catalysts

The Unicist Market-Lab has been opened to develop Business Consortia after 3 years of using, monitoring and researching the functionality of Social Networks.

The research was led by Peter Belohlavek.

It has been demonstrated that Social Networks besides working as a market channel work also as market catalysts for a broad spectrum of products and services.

Peter Belohlavek’s lecture on Institutionalization

The lecture on institutionalization will be opening a new way to think and design businesses based on their nature using the unicist standard.

We are sure that institutionalization is the new model that will rule the macro and micro economy in the next decades. In the Research on Institutionalization three ways of economic institutionalization have been found:

1) Economic institutionalization as an entropy inhibitor
2) Economic institutionalization as a catalyst
3) Economic institutionalization as a system to control the economy or activity

The crisis 2008 gave an opportunity to use institutionalization as a catalyst for growth. Now it became clear that institutionalization works both as a catalyst and as an entropy inhibitor.

In the private area the first use of institutionalization as a tool to produce or catalyze growth took place in 1981 using a Corporate University activity to introduce transcendent goals in a financial business. It was extremely successful both in terms of measured qualitative and quantitative results.

The first use of institutionalization in the public sector was the development of a political strategy and its implementation in 1987. It was also the final test of the application of the unicist theory of social evolution.
