A Rolls-Royce is an extremely prestigious car because it has extreme functionality, quality, added value and reliability.

The integration of these four extreme characteristics makes its positioning as a prestigious car possible.

The purpose of a “Rolls-Royce” is to satisfy the feeling of having achieved perfection. Perfection is considered as something that satisfies 100% the expectancy of the buyer. This means that a “Rolls-Royce” satisfies the needs of the buyer considered as an individual, as part of a group and within her/his social environment.

Every activity or product that requires perfection, in the above described sense, needs to position as a “Rolls-Royce”.  This can be frequently seen in medicine, in politics, in strategy, and in all those fields where the value added is extreme and extreme reliability is expected.

The extreme functionality mentioned above has two aspects. It has to be extremely functional as a device but also extremely functional in its operation. This implies that no one can expect a superior functionality in the market.

The need for extreme quality implies extreme quality assurance and extreme control. Thus reliability and extreme added value are sustained.

Therefore the process of Rolls-Royce building includes an extremely strict concept, its update in the field of scientific possibilities, the management of all the techniques necessary to achieve perfection and last, but not least, the necessary art to make the perfection perceivable by the community.

Rolls-Royce building and positioning is not a question of choice. It is a question of beliefs. But it needs to be said that this does not guarantee success in business.

Unicist Object Driven Image Building: The Unicist Standard

Image is the natural catalyst for marketing actions. As a catalyst there is no possibility to be neutral. The image of a company either catalyzes commercial actions or inhibits them. Therefore, image building is a core aspect for business growth, to ensure image working as a catalyst and not as an inhibitor.

When image works as a catalyst it produces the “inclined plane” effect for the business.

Companies need to rebuild their image if they want to grow beyond the existing boundaries of their market segments.

To rebuild the image of a company it is needed to create additional credibility which means being able to make others perceive that it can “make things possible” that were not possible before and then it becomes necessary to prove that this is true.

“Believe to see, or see to believe?” has a true and a fallacious response. The fallacious response is that some people say they need to see to believe. The true response is that first you have to believe in the possibility of something existing before you are able to see it.

The immune system of an organization is defined by the structure of objects that are able to detect and destroy the elements that attack the institution.

The immune system of an organization implies the existence of all the “objects” that are available in order to destroy the threat.

This is necessary in order to liberate the “negative” energy introduced by a “virus”. From an ontological point of view the institutional immune system can be shown in the following objects.

Action inhibiting objects are those whose function is the elimination of threats.

Entropy inhibiting objects are those whose function is to avoid a dysfunctional entropy of the active function.

Driving objects are those that impulse the action in an institution.

Catalyzing objects are those that accelerate the functionality of the whole or parts of the institution.

Gravitational objects are those that influence other objects in order to provide the necessary energy to function.

The Unicist Standard applied to Evolution and Addictions

Successors need to overcome their parents. That is the golden rule for social and individual evolution. This implies that the evolution the next generation depends on its capacity to build upon what already exists.

Metaphorically it can be said that in evolutionary cultures the roof of the parents is the floor of their children. In involutionary cultures the roof of the children is the floor of their parents.

The problem of the new generations of leading cultures is naturally the feeling of inferiority complexes to overcome the existing culture if they are in a leading environment.

A culture involves when individualism prevails. Surviving cultures include necessarily a dominant individualism. This is not the case of subsistent cultures where the group prevails over individuals. Surviving cultures produce survivors who necessarily are multi-addictive and need to behave as fundamentalists.

Addictions are a natural response to an uncertain environment in which a person feels hopeless, impotent and without identity.

When these conditions are given, individuals enter the shelter of addictions.

Addictions are infinite. The more unbalanced an individual is, the “heavier” the addictions he adopts.

Considering the level of self-destruction or destruction four segments can be characterized:

1)    Pleasure addictions: providing instants of extreme pleasure.
2)    Rational/spiritual addictions: providing sensation of absolute empowerment.
3)    Suicidal addictions: providing the power of “dancing” beyond human limits.
4)    Terrorist addictions: providing the power of feeling God.
