The Tweetinars on Unicist Business Architecture have been launched today in three languages. The final format of the Unicist Tweetinar could be finished after 3 months of pilot testing.

Unicist Business Architecture includes the fundamental diagnosis of the unified field of a business defined by its ontologies, the description of the business model, the development of the strategy to be used, the definition of the work processes and the business objects to be included in these processes.

Unicist Tweetinars are focused on the use of ontology based and object driven technologies to design the structure of businesses in order to foster growth.

The next Tweetinar will be on August, 16th and will deal with “What are Unicist Business Objects for business design?”  in order to provide the necessary idea of the concept of the technology to design business processes. We strongly recommend participating in these mind-opening activities.

Business Models are developed to deal with the future of businesses. The future does not exist today, but it can be “built” making inferences based on the knowledge of the ontological structure of the unified field of the business.

Unified fields can be seen in different amplitudes within two dimensions:

1) An amplitude for the influential dimension
2) An amplitude for the temporal dimension

Unicist Hyperrealism provides a logical, reasonable, provable and understandable structure and the necessary business objects to develop the processes to transform the hyperreality that is implicit in any business model into results.

Hyperrealism requires apprehending the oneness of the unified field included in a business. The apprehension of the unified field requires true knowledge of the business.

The conceptual knowledge allows apprehending the possibilities of a business and the operational knowledge allows making it happen.

Global launching of Unicist Corporate Universities

Two Unicist Corporate Universities (UCU), implemented in small / start up businesses, allowed covering the last segments which were the small, start-up and family business markets.

In-company Unicist Corporate Universities are business platforms to promote growth and measurable monetary results. The results of a Unicist Corporate University are measured as a business unit in terms of the business expansion of the organizer.

The gravitational Corporate Universities are built to provide essential knowledge to deal with the business. They need to provide this knowledge in a way that the concepts dealt with become obvious and self-evident for the mass.

They do not use benchmarks but metaphors to approach unknown fields. They need to be developed in conceptual language in order to deal with the nature that underlies the business.

Originally, they were derived from academic and training activities providing know-how to the members of organizations. But some differentiated technological companies began to use them also to expand their businesses.

Thus Corporate Universities began to work as business platforms, fostering the development of their members and the growth of the organization in the market.

This growth stage that began in June implies the expansion of the activity of the Unicist Confederation based on “Research & Developments Spin-offs”.

This model requires the building of specialized business units within existing organizations who invest in the business to deal with some of the technologies or business objects developed at The Unicist Research Institute.

This spin-off model is focused on the use of technologies and objects that solve problems of the adaptive aspects of businesses.

Basically, the fields of specialization are defined by the Unicist Business Objects developed. It includes, in some cases, the development of Business Diagnoses and Strategies in the markets in which the ontological knowledge is available.

June 1976 was the beginning of the research of evolution in the field of complexity science. It was focused on approaching the nature of reality which required an ontological approach to the basic research and an object driven approach in the field of application.

The research drove to the discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature, the unicist ontology, the unicist logic, the complexity science research methodology and the human ontointelligence.

This provided the basic knowledge to develop more than 3,500 applicative researches in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution that were finished until September 2010. The research work is still ongoing.

The Unicist Standard for business objects building defines the norms that business objects have to fulfill to generate results.

Extreme design, the use of unicist modeling and the structure of the ontology of objects allow building unicist business objects.

Unicist business objects (UBO) are encapsulated adaptive systems that produce predefined results that can be inserted in work processes to increase productivity and quality and to save energy.

Classification of objects based on their use

Drivers: they are objects that produce results within work processes.

Catalysts: they are objects that are designed to accelerate drivers, tasks or processes.

Entropy inhibitors: Their role is to minimize the entropy of processes and results.

Inhibitors: They are objects to inhibit anti-conceptual actions in processes.

Gravitational objects: They are objects that generate an influential context that promotes the need of the results provided by tasks, objects or processes.

Objects do not substitute people’s responsibility, they provide a safer, faster and energy saving solution to be installed in work processes.

That is why objects can only be installed in organizations where the leaders assumed the responsibility for the results produced by the processes they manage.

Strategic thinking requires having in mind the final picture of the solution while administrative thinking is simple, it only requires following predefined steps: 1 +1 = 2

Strategic thinking implies adaptive actions which by definition are complex. It requires being able to envision a result and choosing the best solution to achieve it: 2 = infinite possible solutions.

Maximal strategies imply going beyond the boundaries and require strategic thinking. Minimum strategies happen within the boundaries and can be developed using administrative thinking.

Blue Eagle Award 2011

2011 is the year of the 35th anniversary of The Unicist Research Institute. It is a very special year because of the trend of ontology based solutions TURI is leading in the world.

Therefore, it is the year of expanding the alliances with complementary organizations worldwide.

The research projects that are ongoing in basic research and adjacent fields of individual and institutional evolution allow us to expect to exceed the number of 4,000 researched ontological structures before the end of the anniversary-year.

There will be several activities to celebrate the anniversary beginning with the presentation of a story-book, on April 30th, written by Noemi Brown.

Celebrations will end with the International Unicist Conference that culminates with the communication of the “Blue Eagle Award 2011” for the best work on the “Nature of a Business Success” (Facebook). The terms for the contest will be published in May.
