The Unicist Strategy Program for Graduates and Consultants has been launched in three languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish.
It is a 9-month program to learn to manage the nature of businesses using the Unicist Standard.
It is necessary to develop diagnoses, forecasts, strategies, future scenarios and business design.
