The music of facts avoids hearing the sound of words,
unless they are synchronic…
An analogy to guide reflection
Under-promising and over-delivering are synchronic.
Over-promising and under-delivering are “asynchronic”…

(*) Riddles have many solutions. In the Far East, riddles are used to develop internal freedom and responsibility.

Strategy building requires accessing gamma waves. Brain waves can be objectively measured; therefore this measurement goes beyond any interpretation. Unicist Reflection is an access to Alpha and Gamma waves.
Individuals who cannot use their gamma waves in a specific field cannot discover or rediscover ontologies (concepts) to deal with the nature of problems.
Alpha waves suffice to work with taxonomies and action plans but without having the concept of what is being done.
(From Diana Belohlavek’s prologue of Unicist Diagnostics)
Unicist diagnoses for complex problems means using objective descriptions and at the same time seeking to increase the “subjective” capacity to consciously apprehend a reality in its oneness.
This implies an insight process that requires knowledge of the reality that is being researched and the development of the individual’s capacity to integrate the information.
“People sometimes solve problems with a unique process called insight, accompanied by an “Aha!” experience. It has long been unclear whether different cognitive and neural processes lead to insight versus non-insight solutions, or if solutions differ only in subsequent subjective feeling.”
