Unicist Business Strategy – Dealing with the nature of businesses

Peter Belohlavek’s  e-book provides unicist ontology-based technologies for strategy building.
It includes, among other subjects, the Unicist Taxonomy for Strategy Building, the Unicist Market Segmentation Ontology, the Unicist Marketing Mix Ontology, the Unicist Natural Organization Model for Business Expansion, and an introduction to the Client Centered Management and Unicist Personalized Organization Models.

Unicist Business StrategyUnicist Business Strategies are based on the understanding of the nature of a market. Unicist technologies are used to improve the relative effectiveness measured in sales, market-share, productivity, continuous improvement, profitability, design, synergy, ROI, ROE, etc. That is why this e-book also includes an introduction to Unicist Scorecard for Unicist Fundamental Analysis.

The unicist approach defines that a strategic approach includes both a “maximal strategy” and a “minimum strategy” to adapt to the market and the environment.

Maximal strategies are defined as those in which the results depend on the response of the environment. They are basically active and market-oriented as they seek for expansion.
On the other hand, the results of Minimum Strategies depend on the company and their members. They are energy-conservation strategies that avoid contraction and are shareholder-oriented.
Maximal Strategies are relatively complex. As they are active they are univocal. But paradoxically, since minimum strategies need to fulfill the company’s needs as well as the needs of the shareholders they are more complex.

The result of the actions of both strategies is the adaptive behavior of the company in the market and the environment. This is extremely complex. Therefore, it can be said that strategy building is a complex task. Unicist technologies solved this complexity by building ontology-based technologies which simplify complexity and make it manageable.

This e-book provides an excellent tool for the understanding of unicist ontological technologies for Business Strategy Building.
