While heroes shift organizations, pseudo-heroes tend to destroy them. Heroes are those who are able to see a statue within a block of marble and pseudo-heroes are those who think about how difficult it will be to sculpt it. Building global organizations implies fostering the development of heroes but inhibiting the existence of pseudo-heroes who make things difficult in order to gain a place.
