The Unicist Logical Approach: Going beyond empirical approaches

The unicist logical approach allowed defining the potential possibilities of a business.

The reach of one’s globalization is defined
by the limit of the pronoun “WE”…

The discovery of the logical structures (named ontogenetic maps) that underlie the nature of individual, institutional and cultural behavior allowed modeling the adaptive aspects of reality.

The unicist logical approach uses these structures to emulate the dynamics of businesses based on their models.

Models are dead or live structures depending on the mind of the one who uses them.

The double dialectical approach allows emulating dynamic live models in mind. It requires having a rational knowledge of the ontogenetic maps and using the unicist reflection process to make them work by developing actions based on the use of grounded knowledge to assure results.

Empiricism is a dualistic approach to reality that does not suffice to expand the boundaries of businesses because it is necessarily based on past experiences.

The use of the unicist logical approach, that makes the emulation of reality possible, allows taking advantage of potential possibilities and increasing the speed of actions and energy saving, which makes it necessary to expand and upgrade businesses.

The Unicist Logical Approach for undergraduate students

As part of the goal to provide opportunities to young people, the Unicist Club organizes the Unicist Dissemination Centers to give access to the Unicist Logical Approach and the Unicist Double Dialectical Logic to undergraduate students around the world.

UDCs are basically in charge of voluntary undergraduate students who are included in an “Equal opportunities” program developed by the Unicist Goodwill Network. The UGN sponsors their learning activities to manage the unicist double dialectical logic to deal with complex problems. Participants also receive a compensation for their expenses.

The dissemination activities are developed using virtual communication and have no geographical limit. They are only limited by the language managed by the members.

All the members of UDCs have some talent in any field that allows expanding their potential. The adherent members receive a one year program, “Unicist Logical Complex Problem Solving”, to empower their talents.

The campaign to introduce worldwide the Object Driven Organization technologies will be launched on March 4, 2013

The unicist object driven organization emulates the organization of nature to accelerate processes and save energy.

The object driven organizational approach transforms the business architecture into business processes that include objects to save energy and increase results. It allows developing objects that work as adaptive systems with the necessary quality assurance integrating the peopleware, software and hardware of organizations.

The development and use of catalyzing and gravitational objects allow expanding the boundaries of business generating growth. The unicist object driven organization emulates nature being a breakthrough but at the same time a back to basics.

Nature, as a paradigmatic complex adaptive system, is organized by objects. The unicist organizational approach is based on emulating nature to manage businesses as adaptive systems.

The unicist object driven organization is the natural way to organize based on the knowledge of the ontogenetic maps of a business and its functions.

It implies integrating business objects in the business processes that allow managing the adaptive aspects of businesses accelerating the business processes while saving energy.

Object driven marketing, object driven strategy, object driven management, object driven continuous improvement, object driven negotiation and object driven leadership are paradigmatic examples of the object driven organization.

Why use the Unicist Double Dialectical Logic?

The unicist double dialectical logic uses the dualistic operation of neurons to build a mental emulation of the structure of nature that allows dealing with the adaptive aspects of reality, managing the integration of their double dialectical behavior. Unicist thinking is the name given to the process that allows building the double dialectical logic.

Unicist thinking allows emulating in mind the structure of adaptive aspects of reality in order to manage them. It provides the necessary operating system to manage adaptive systems to expand the boundaries of businesses and infer future scenarios in order to adapt to them.

It is necessary to diagnose, build strategies and design business architectures. It provides the structure to understand the fundamentals of businesses and integrate the fundamental knowledge with the technical analytical knowledge to make decisions.

The unicist reflection process: action-reflection-action is the technology to be used to transform dualistic logical approaches into unicist double dialectical approaches in order to define complex adaptive systems. Authoritarian Business Governance: The Unicist Approach

There are people who need to control things and cannot deal with divergent positions. In this case a company can only grow in low-cost/ low-value markets.

When the market buys “price” the individual just needs to follow the market. There is no influence needed.

Authoritarian driven companies are basically commodity sellers. When they manage their business processes adequately they might be extremely profitable.

The business has a structural problem to grow when authoritarian governance prevails.

Negotiations are wars in peace

A negotiation is implicitly a war with no material weapons. The unicist ontology of negotiations was discovered by Peter Belohlavek at The Unicist Research Institute.

It requires following three steps within the four levels of negotiations.

The three steps are:

a)      Authority conflict: There has to be an authority conflict in order to accept that both parts are peers from some point of view.

b)      Involution conflict: both parts need to accept that they have opposite interests in order to need to find a bridge. It is necessary to find a superior convenience that works as gravitational force to integrate the opposition.

c)      Evolution conflict: A negotiation ends when both parts accept that they are complementary and that the agreement they have achieved enriches both parts in some way. Win-win doesn’t mean that both parts have the same benefit. It just means that both parts win.

The natural complementation conflicts begin when the negotiation ends. Complementation conflicts are the natural evolution conflicts. They need to be managed so the process does not begin from scratch.

We consider that the core fundamental of Apple is aesthetics. But aesthetics is not beauty. It goes beyond.

Apple products are aesthetic because they complete the needs of their prospect clients, they are desirable and harmonic. They also include inaccessible aspects that basically deal with innovative technology.

It can be said that the integration of an innovative technology with the fulfillment of latent needs are the core fundamentals that drive Apple’s business.

Steve Jobs is a doer himself

“Doers make things happen. Therefore, more than ever before, it is time for doers in the world.”

Doers are very special individuals. They are basically individuals whose fulfillment is based on doing transcendent things. They need to achieve what they have decided to do. When things cannot be done the easy way, they find the necessary path to make things happen.

“The world is built by doers and enjoyed by followers”. The joy of doers is in the deed itself.
