Psychopaths drive their environments towards involution

Psychopaths in leadership drive cultures, institutions, businesses and their members towards involution in order to prevail.

At an ontological level, a psychopath is a person that is driven by individual instincts achieving a destructive result for the environment to produce a state of pleasure based on materialistic, emotional and/or spiritual personal benefits.

Psychopathic leaders are smart enough to build the necessary fallacies and fallacious myths in order to avoid the perception or their manipulation and benefits.

They stimulate the involution of the cultures for their personal benefits. They cannot lead evolving cultures or transform involving into evolving environments.

As psychopathy is driven by instincts without the possibility of rational scrutiny, the pleasure it generates produces no guilt in spite of the damage the psychopath has caused in the environment.

Psychopathy is also the extreme case of anti-intelligence and anti-intuition because this behavior drives, in the long run, into a social destruction of its protagonist.

The instincts that drive psychopaths depend on their field of action. This case is the activity of psychopaths in the field of leadership.

The world is built by doers and enjoyed by followers

We invite you to download this free e-book on the “Ethic of Doers” which is sponsored by the Unicist Goodwill Network. Doers are individuals who make things happen. Therefore, more than ever before, it is time for doers in the world. The joy of doers is in the deed itself.

Download the e-book here: https://www.unicist.org/ucu-en/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/doers.pdf

Ethic of DoersDoers are very special individuals. They are basically individuals whose fulfillment is based on doing transcendent things.

They need to achieve what they have decided to do. When things cannot be done the easy way, they find the necessary path to make things happen.

But it can also be said that everyone is a doer in some field.

This role is taken by all those individuals that have the will and the decision to add value through their deeds.

Doing requires having inner freedom. Without inner freedom there are no doers, just slaves. That is why only people who seek for inner freedom can be doers.

…to oppose is easy
…to obey is simple
…to adapt is complex
…to be free is …..

To do things doers have two polar possibilities:

  1. On the one hand, they can approach problems analytically and operationally.
  2. Or on the other hand, they can approach problems based on their nature. And after the nature of a problem has been apprehended they use the analytical and operational approach.

Analysis allows the division of a problem into its parts until the parts can be managed operationally. When a problem is simple, the fulfillment of this analysis means that the problem’s cause-effect relations have been found. This analysis is functional for the solution of simple problems.

But when problems are complex they have open boundaries and their cause-effect relations are bi-univocal (A causes B and B causes A at the same time). In this case they can only be approached apprehending their nature and separating them into operational objects that function based on cause-effect rules.

This e-book is for doers who need to solve complex problems. Unicist technologies provide the tools to deal with the nature of problems.

Maximal and Minimum Strategies of External Freedom

Achieving external freedom requires, besides having the inner freedom to develop it, having a maximal strategy that deals with the process of consciousness and a minimum strategy that deals with the adaptive actions.

Maximal strategies require being conscious about what is happening. This is a universal aspect of maximal strategies.

All maximal strategies in the real world require consciousness of the functionality of the actions that are being planned or developed.

In this case the building of the maximal strategies of external freedom requires being able to discriminate the actions that are being developed, emulate the solution in the mind and have the necessary ontointelligence to deal with them.

The minimum strategies of external freedom are based on developing the necessary, justified and grounded actions to adapt to the environment.

There are different segments when dealing with external freedom:

1)      Benchmark driven

2)      Rationality driven

3)      Ethics driven

4)      Reflection driven

The Unicist Approach to build Start Up Businesses

Entrepreneurial organizations are those in which the activity is driven by personal and individual goals. Their actions are oriented towards earning value and profit while they are committed to individual and group interests.

There are two extremely different entrepreneurial projects: the “solopreneurs” and the start-up businesses.

Solopreneurs are individuals who make businesses as lone runners.

Sometimes they are considered as a self-employment. But in fact these are the entrepreneurs that are either:

  1. Survivors who are trying to make a living
  2. Specialists, artists, scientists, professors who have a high personal value in a market

The start up business is an incipient enterprise that necessarily begins to work with an entrepreneurial attitude until “permanence goals” are possible.

When companies “are born”, they are either entrepreneurs or survivors. Survivors usually tend to disappear when a crisis affects their market and they also have great difficulties in managing generational change.

Entrepreneurs cannot manage without being in power of the situation they are dealing with. That is why they have great difficulties to grow beyond their own boundaries. But they are extremely powerful in making money within their beliefs.

Entrepreneurial businesses need to transform into enterprises to make a real growth in the market. But they do this only if they are led by someone who is interested in building an enterprise considering the entrepreneurial stage as the first step to do so.

The solitude for actions, for change and power

Solitude has different functionalities depending on the situation of a context. The leader’s final price to be paid is having an absolute solitude of power.

Leaders can share, listen, discuss or participate in any way but, at the end, those who have full responsibility for results, are alone. They have to make a decision that has to work.

The elements that integrate the maximal strategy when dealing with the solitude of power are:

  1. The need of self-fulfillment of the leaders which allows them to apprehend the final picture of the achievements.
  2. The capacity of dealing in an adapted way with the environment making them be perceived as influential individuals.
  3. The self-criticism which is defined by their capacity of doing things “today better than yesterday”.

These elements allow leaders to face the solitude for actions.

The Double Dialectical Logic is Needed to Build Strategies

The unicist strategy is a conscious planning process to achieve possible goals developing maximal strategies to expand one’s boundaries and minimum strategies to ensure survival. It integrates expansive and defensive strategies as a unit.

Unicist Strategy BuildingThe unicist double dialectical approach allows defining interdependent strategies that permit achieving the goal of growing in adaptive environments. It enables the development of stable actions to expand in the environment.

The double dialectical approach in strategy building includes the development of diagnoses to define what is possible to be achieved in order to build the consequent strategies.

The dualistic approach necessarily over-simplifies the strategy building process promoting independent actions to expand and to survive.

The dualistic approach tends towards the development of hypothetical strategies in which survival strategies will necessarily prevail.

The unicist reflection process “action-reflection-action” is the technology to be used to transform dualistic logical approaches into unicist double dialectical approaches in order to define strategies.

Why use the Unicist Double Dialectical Logic?

The unicist double dialectical logic uses the dualistic operation of neurons to build a mental emulation of the structure of nature that allows dealing with the adaptive aspects of reality, managing the integration of their double dialectical behavior. Unicist thinking is the name given to the process that allows building the double dialectical logic.

Unicist thinking allows emulating in mind the structure of adaptive aspects of reality in order to manage them. It provides the necessary operating system to manage adaptive systems to expand the boundaries of businesses and infer future scenarios in order to adapt to them.

It is necessary to diagnose, build strategies and design business architectures. It provides the structure to understand the fundamentals of businesses and integrate the fundamental knowledge with the technical analytical knowledge to make decisions.

The unicist reflection process: action-reflection-action is the technology to be used to transform dualistic logical approaches into unicist double dialectical approaches in order to define complex adaptive systems. This technology allows starting with the use of disjunctions “OR” and ending with the use of conjunctions “AND”.

It is an upgrade that is up to you…

Functionality of Intuition and Anti-intuition

Dealing with strategies at a personal or institutional level requires approaching reality which necessarily includes the use of intuition. But it has to be considered that intuition and anti-intuition are extremely alike and only can be separated when it is too late and the results are on the table. This is an approach to provide information to make it easier to separate intuitive perceptions from anti-intuitive influence.

“Intuition is the intelligence functionality to approach a reality in an instantaneous way.

When an individual approaches a reality he uses intuition, a non con-scious intelligence, to decode the environment

Ideas, like expressions of intuition, come from the genetic intelli-gence. To build an idea the signs of a given reality have their mean-ing based on preexisting experiences.

Intuition, which is based on genetic intelligence, sets the grounds to approach reality. A logical processing is needed in order to transform intuition into added value actions.

Naturally, since intuition comes from genetic intelligence, it seeks to solve the problem of the one intuiting. It does not seek to add value to the environment; it seeks to appropriate value (although not at its expense). Natural intuition only includes the relationship between the individual and the environment which he is relating to.

Inner freedom is required to access intuition and to avoid internal censorship. Censorship blocks intuition.

Censorship is the first step to transform intuition into conscious knowledge.

When the individual is adapted to an environment intuition generates functional ideas to that environment.

Intuition works paradoxically whenever the environment is uncertain or when the individual feels overwhelmed or is within a declining environment.

Informally we named it “the 180 degrees intuition”, because it pro-poses non adaptive actions to adapt to the environment. It is an anti-intuition that needs to destroy the reality that is threatening the individual.

On the other hand, anti-intuition is an expression of human com-plexes. Anti-intuition’s functionality is to maintain complexes alive and to expand them.”
