Unicist Ontological Object Driven Brand Building

The purpose of unicist brand-building is to develop business catalysts. Catalysts are process accelerators. Brands are a natural catalyst for market growth. At the same time, business objects can be used to catalyze the building of brands.

It is necessary to have apprehended the nature of a business and its necessary brand in order to be able to build objects to accelerate brand building. Apprehending the nature implies knowing the ontology of a business and its necessary brand.

The ontology of brands can be defined integrating the purpose, which is the building of goodwill, with the product brand and the institutional image.

Unicist Ontology of the internal speed for decision making

Decisions have been made when they have been implemented. Before their implementation they are just hypothetical wishes.

The speed of decision making depends on the type of logical thinking of individuals. It has to be considered that speed is defined by the chronological lap between a new fact and the implemented real action to exert accurate influence.

The more evolved the logical thinking of individuals the higher the speed of action:

1) Analogical thinking drives to no decisions because personal needs and beliefs prevail. The speed is “0” (zero)

2) Operational thinking requires making the necessary technical analytical studies to define the problem and the possible solution. This is considered the standard time for decision making.

3) Analytical thinking allows focusing the operational technical analytical studies. This doubles the speed of operational thinking.

4) Systemic (Scientific) thinking focuses on a specific operation which reduces the cost of the preparation of decision making based on the existence of a hypothesis for a solution. This doubles the speed of analytical thinking.

5) Conceptual thinking provides the ontological structure that underlies the operation. It allows defining the essential drivers of the solution. This doubles the speed of systemic thinking.

6) Unicist thinking provides the understanding of the boundaries of the solution allowing the development of a plan B (including an entropy inhibitor) and a plan C (including a catalyst). This doubles the speed of conceptual thinking.

Conclusion

Internal speed cannot be accelerated without producing paradoxical results.

Internal speed evolves with the individual but a sudden acceleration drives individuals towards analogical thinking.

It has to be considered that the mass of the population tends to use analogical thinking at work. Teamwork decisions need to accept that a train has the speed of its slowest wagon (metaphor).

The above mentioned speeds have been empirically confirmed.

Unicist Research Framework for Human Adaptive Systems

In order to do research on concepts one must have a conscious experience in the field under study. It is only with this experience that hypotheses can be developed. The methodological steps to follow in the research are as follows:

1) Development of a hypothetical structure of the functional concept.

2) Analysis of the concept and its division into sub-concepts (only when necessary and possible).

3) Decomposition of the parts of the concept into observable facts.

4) Development of the fields of application in order to use the concept to validate its behavior.

5) Development of the concept’s application experiences to forecast reality

6) Development of at least five experiences in the concept’s field of application, differing completely one from the other.

7) Develop forecasts of at least three periods with full certainty.

Restart the research process every time a deviation occurs.

When working in homologous fields one has the advantage of being able to transport the functional conceptual structures from one field to another. Research is carried out using the same methodology but the experience in the homologous field allows one to establish the first hypothesis.

Unicist Standard: How Power Centered Organizations work

Power centered organizations need to be based on extremely solid groundings in order to be successful. There are too many power centered organizations that are successful in the world. Because they are such, it is taboo to mention their existence as power centered organizations.

It requires that the organizations or their leaders, when they are not institutionalized, need to be considered subjectively as eternal, omniscient and omnipotent.

People follow power driven leaders when they are able to demonstrate that they have the necessary knowledge and omnipotence to cover the expectancy of the followers.

The Omniscient Perception is based on the real knowledge leaders have of what is happening in the environment.  Omniscient knowledge requires that leaders produce the necessary actions to generate value for the followers.

Omnipotence is attributed to leaders when they are perceived as driving towards an eternal state. When leaders are perceived as omnipotent followers cannot imagine the real world without their existence.

Absolute power exertion is based on a perception of eternal power, unchanged rules and absolute ideologies. This is functional as long as power driven leaders produce the necessary value for their followers.

Development of the Unicist and the Integrative Logics

The discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature made the discovery of the human double dialectical thinking possible. This allowed the development of the unicist logic. The unicist logic was the final logical structure needed to develop the integrative logic to apprehend reality in its oneness.

The integrative logic uses the logical structures known at present, integrating them in terms of a purpose.

Every entity is ruled by a concept that defines its purpose, its action and the way it controls its operation so as to prevent the purpose from being altered. The concepts that rule a specific reality have been named “fundamentals”.

The Unicist Logic is necessary to apprehend the fundamentals of reality while the Dualistic Logic is necessary to deal with technical analytical processes. The Unicist Logic sustains backward-thinking while the Dualistic Logic makes forward-thinking possible.
