Logical Management Tools: Unicist Quality Assurance Design

The Quality Assurance concept implies that in the activity, which must bring about an added value, there is a Redundant Functionality and a Self-exclusion System within a framework of a Redundant Operational Method.

Quality AssuranceIn order for knowledge to be certain, the basis for the use to produce elements, it is necessary to have been ‘redundant” from different objective perspectives, be clear as to the scope of such knowledge (think and say “I don’t know” is to have a self-exclusion system that promotes certainty of what one knows), and count on a method that permits reaching a certain knowledge as of different points of view.

Quality assurance is of vital importance in the life sciences fields. In those fields in which the lack of quality is not a life or death, success or failure determinant, the possibility of conceiving a Quality Assurance process turns distant.

There is only quality assurance in those cultures and activities in which there is the attitude that things should be functionally right and certain as far as the value they add.

Quality assurance is the difference that makes a person, institution, work group, system, work or product reliable or not.

Without quality assurance there is no reliability in results within reality. The more objective the subject is, the less complex the application of the quality assurance concept becomes. The more abstract, intangible or subjective the result, the more complex this concept management is.

As a final summary of the Quality Assurance process find listed below a synoptic description of elements which includes the Quality Assurance Functional Concept.

The taxonomy is the descriptive one according to order of presentation. However, it implies having a clear understanding of the concept seen as a unit given that the unified field it encompasses may only be apprehended as of this totalizing/integral idea.

Elements included in a Quality Assurance System:

  1. Plan “B”
  2. Redundant Systems
  3. Alarm System
  4. Processes with redundancies
  5. Stop System (stoppage/halt)
  6. Control System
  7. Self repairing/recovery System
  8. Alternative Systems

Social Networks as Adaptive Collaborative Contexts

A virtual collaborative context fosters the development of pastime and professional activities. This is the case of Social Networks which, depending on the segment they belong to, establish the context for commercial actions.

Social NetworksSocial Networks are paradigmatic environments of the Era of Participation. They are used by people in order to demonstrate themselves and to others that they are part of the world.

The feasibility of their use as a medium for network marketing depends on the capacity of generating an asymmetric complementation with the members, fans and followers of a social network.

The use of a social network as a medium requires understanding its structural segmentation and building a compatible network strategy.

In order to work in a collaborative context, the complementation of these roles is fully necessary. The existence of a full reliability of the members and the ideological link among them are basic to produce results.

If the reliability of actions is inexistent, the process of the group is inhibited. If there is no ideological link among the members, there is an extreme waste of energy that endangers the process.

The unicist approach changed business strategic approaches

The unicist approach to business strategy integrated maximal strategies, which go beyond the boundaries of a business, with minimum strategies, which are within the boundaries.

It includes the use of catalysts and entropy inhibitors to accelerate and ensure the results of a strategy. This unicist strategy is the input to design an architecture that allows defining the operational action plans.

What was not possible in before the Unicist Approach?

  1.  The development of diagnoses beginning with the nature of a business and ending with its operation.
  2. The development of ontology based, reasonable, understandable and reliable global, country, market and business future scenarios.
  3. The design of synergic maximal and minimum strategies for business growth
  4. The building of business objects to work as drivers, catalysts and entropy inhibitors of business processes.
  5. The management of businesses as unified fields taking advantage of the possibilities while saving energy.
  6. The segmentation of markets including the hard, functional, psychological, conceptual and life-style aspects to influence buying processes.
  7. The integration of fundamental analysis and technical analysis to develop reliable knowledge.

Unicist Tweetinar on Unicist Business Objects Building

The Unicist Standard for business objects building defines the norms that business objects have to fulfill to generate results.

Extreme design, the use of unicist modeling and the structure of the ontology of objects allow building unicist business objects.

Unicist business objects (UBO) are encapsulated adaptive systems that produce predefined results that can be inserted in work processes to increase productivity and quality and to save energy.

Classification of objects based on their use

Drivers: they are objects that produce results within work processes.

Catalysts: they are objects that are designed to accelerate drivers, tasks or processes.

Entropy inhibitors: Their role is to minimize the entropy of processes and results.

Inhibitors: They are objects to inhibit anti-conceptual actions in processes.

Gravitational objects: They are objects that generate an influential context that promotes the need of the results provided by tasks, objects or processes.

Objects do not substitute people’s responsibility, they provide a safer, faster and energy saving solution to be installed in work processes.

That is why objects can only be installed in organizations where the leaders assumed the responsibility for the results produced by the processes they manage.

Frequently asked questions on the Unicist Standard

What is the Unicist Standard?

The Unicist Standard defines the ontology of an adaptive system, its taxonomy and the conceptual plan that has to be used to manage it.

The Unicist Standard (US) provides taxonomic methods to approach human adaptive systems integrating the fundamental and technical analytical approach.

The final objective of the US is to develop objects that are necessary to drive and catalyze processes.

The US in a specific field is sustained by the Unicist Standard Language that allows dealing with fundamentals and the ambiguity of human adaptive systems.

Using the Unicist Standard to deal with Adaptive Systems

Business problems are essentially complex. A problem is complex if it implies a situation that cannot be dominated and someone assumed the responsibility to solve it.

A problem is simple if it is within the boundaries an individual dominates or, being beyond them, the individual doesn’t assume the responsibility to solve it.

1+1 = 2 is a simple problem. But if we reverse the equation assuming the responsibility of achieving the result 2 = ???, infinite solutions are possible. The apparent paradox is that there are infinite operational solutions but only one fundamental solution.

To deal with complexity individuals need to have both the technical analytical and fundamental knowledge.
