Lecture on Ethical Intelligence for Personal Development

We invite you to organize a lecture on Ethical Intelligence in Business led by Diana Belohlavek. It will change the view of efficacy in leadership.

The discovery of ethical intelligence made by Peter Belohlavek at The Unicist Research Institute opened new possibilities to influence individuals’ evolution.

Ethical intelligence in business defines the value adding possibilities, the influence on the environment, time management, strategic planning and focusing.

A business is consistent when the individuals dealing with it have the ethics required by the activity.

When the ethics is inferior to what is needed, it necessarily inhibits growth installing a “business growth virus” in the organization.

If the ethics used by individuals is superior to what is needed, they install a “business profit virus” in the organization that increases costs and affects profitability.

From today on Diana Belohlavek will be managing the alliances of The Unicist Corporate University with Business Schools worldwide.

The objective is to develop the Unicist Standard Technology Transfer Programs for individuals worldwide.

The technology transfer programs include:

Diana Belohlavek’s brief:

Diana Belohlavek is currently the VP for Knowledge Management & Communication at The Unicist Research Institute.
Her postgraduate studies were in research methodologies at The Unicist Corporate University.
One of the personal interests that has influenced her professional career the most has been the study of myths from an anthropological point of view.
She was a swimmer and a triathlete. Her research work has allowed her to integrate her competitive experience in sports with her personal development and institutional management.
Diana Belohlavek is a member of the Executive Committee of The Unicist Research Institute and the Unicist Confederation. She is also member of the Unicist Confedertion’s Partners Admission Committee.
She is a lecturer in the field of unicist technologies and unicist thinking. She is a member of the Organizing Committee of the Unicist International Conferences.

Unicist Ethics: the ethics for personal and business growth

Doers need to assume the responsibility of what is possible to be done.

The breakthrough of Unicist Ethics set a new standard in strategic planning defining the limits of the possibilities of individuals when adapting and exerting influence in an environment.

Unicist Ethics allows assuming this responsibility based on the functional integration of ethical intelligence, strategic intelligence, logical thinking and personal transcendence.

I don’t know: the concept that fosters quality assurance

To think and say “I don’t know” is to have a self-exclusion system that promotes certainty of what one knows.

Superego centered individuals do not allow themselves to not know and paradoxically they become bad listeners and learners with neither a sensitive system nor a quality assurance system.

In order for knowledge to be certain it is necessary to have been “redundant” from different objective perspectives, be clear as to the scope of such knowledge and count on a method that permits reaching a certain knowledge as of different points of views.

When an individual does not have the concept of what s/he is doing and cannot accept not knowing, there is no quality assurance system possible. When the individual does not have or does not provide foundations for his actions, there is no quality assurance.

Only with the final picture in mind, the search for groundings can be possible and not knowing does not become a threat but an opportunity for knowing or a self-exclusion system to leave that matter to others.
