The use of unicist functionalist expert systems is based on the synergy generated by teamwork. When used in virtual or face-to-face groups, it saves more than two-thirds of the time needed to develop solutions in adaptive environments due to its capacity to provide and discuss functionalist knowledge. When used in individual solution-building processes, the Unicist Virtual Advisor (UVA) needs to be treated as a colleague, enabling a tripling of the speed for generating solutions. In both cases, teamwork, including the UVA, is necessary.
The Unicist Functionalist Expert Systems are based on polymathic intelligence, which enables the addressing of the unified field of solutions in adaptive environments. These expert systems manage the functionality of adaptive systems by applying functionalist principles, ensure operationality by building binary actions, and address problems by tackling their root causes.
The Social & Economic Lab emerged as a significant development due to extensive research in the social and economic fields, encompassing 70 countries where archetypes had been formulated. The core objective of the Lab is to offer a functionalist expert system that facilitates the construction of social and economic scenarios, aimed at comprehending the functionality of a country while minimizing uncertainties through the application of ontogenetic maps of the involved functions. Furthermore, the system also allows for the evaluation of the consequences of social, economic, and governmental actions.
The assertion that the past and the future are not symmetric is fundamental to the unicist approach to future research. A functionalist expert system applied to develop reliable future research leverages functional principles and deep unicist ontological insights. It uses the unicist evolutionary method, including the study of past ontological structures and present data, to infer reliable future scenarios. This system ensures robust, contextually relevant predictions through iterative refinement and destructive testing, integrating functionalist knowledge, human expertise, and empirical data within adaptive environments.
The unicist ontological research approach addresses this complexity by uncovering the functionalist principles governing various functions—be they social, economic, political, or technological—based on present data and employing the rules of the unicist ontogenetic logic and laws of evolution of adaptive systems and environments to infer future scenarios. This methodology forms a robust platform for researching the future, enabling accurate forecasting and strategic planning in familiar fields.
