Professional Partners are organizations of consultants that decided to adopt the unicist technologies to approach business solutions. They need to have two professionals who have the necessary technical and systemic knowledge that permits accessing the unicist technologies driven by objects, through the unicist educational program, that allow managing the complex adaptive aspects of businesses.
It is required that the professional partners organize a unicist division to run the business, which is marketed using Virtual Internet Marketing based on Image Driven Marketing. This division needs to generate more than 30% of the revenue of the Partner.
As most of services are rendered using virtual collaboration, the market of a Partner has no geographical boundaries; Partners own the clients they have generated.
The first Partnering model is done for two years. During this period, professional Partners who decided to establish a permanent relationship, need to participate in The Unicist Research Institute as shareholders by buying a share. The price of this share is 50% of the contribution margin of a year. It has to be considered that the basic cost of the technologies is given by the investment in R&D; these costs are included in the prices but assumed as “sunk costs” in the organization. The implementation costs are 10% of the revenue.
There will be two members of the professional partners' group participating as members of the board (which has 5 members). During the first two years, the revenue is shared based on who assumes the responsibility of ensuring which results. The permanent partnering is based on the payment of royalties and fees for quality assurance.
Individual professionals can participate as Associates developing a niche market using Virtual Internet Marketing based on Image Driven Marketing. They have to complete the educational program and manage the marketing activities based on the campaigns provided by TURI. They own the clients they generated. The role of associate can be used as an initial stage to access the role of a professional partner.
The revenues are shared between TURI and the Associate based on who assumes the responsibility for ensuring which results. The sharing model evolves based on the professional evolution of the Associates.
It has to be considered that the basic cost of the technologies is given by the investment in R&D; these costs are included in the prices but assumed as “sunk costs” in the organization. The implementation costs are 10% of the revenue.
The partnering agreements with Associates are established for two years and are renewable. The conditions for Associates are established case by case based on their professional characteristics. Associates need to be fully dedicated to the unicist technologies business after a one year transition period.
This type of associates are professionals who participate in the development of unicist programs as counselors while they participate in a Unicist Strategy Program for Graduates, unless they already have a certification of the Unicist Corporate University. These professionals participate in the business based on niche segmented agreements. This category implies a one-year agreement, although they can switch to the category of Associates type "A" any time during this period. This switch needs to be approved by TURI.
Our Partners and Associates need to manage the conceptual approach to businesses that allows assuming the responsibility for developing reliable solutions that ensure results. This activity requires participating in a 9-month program, based on the unicist object driven learning technology, that is developed by the Unicist Corporate University.
These learning programs are based on real applications of the partners and associates with their clients. During the first 3 months in which the partner/associate participates in the program, the clients cannot be charged. All our Partners and Associates are users of the unicist technologies in their own business.
All the professionals involved in the Technology as a Service developments need to be experts in their field of application. The expertise is certified by the Unicist Corporate University and has a validity of 2 years and does not require participating in the educational programs for Partners and Associates.

The Allies, Partners and Associates (Members) of the Unicist Confederation need to have invested in understanding the fundamentals of the unicist approach, manage the unicist logic to deal with the nature of businesses and the unified field of business functions to ensure results. They are users of the unicist technologies to manage their own business in order to be credible in the market.
The business deals with the expansion of the market for our Members. It is a technology business and not an hour selling business. Selling to existing clients requires special authorizations from the Confederation. The economic aspects begin with the sharing of revenue in the case of Alliances and end with the payment of royalties and quality assurance fees in the case of Partners.
There is no investment required to become a member. All that has to be paid are the learning programs, the unicist logical systems and the continuous Internet marketing campaigns to make value propositions to the market and empower the brand of the Member.
