Unicist Business Objects based Institutional Immune Systems

The immune system of an organization is defined by the structure of objects that are able to detect, isolate and destroy the external elements that attack the institution.

The immune system of an organization implies the existence of all the “objects” that are available in order to destroy the threat.

This is necessary in order to liberate the “negative” energy introduced by a “virus”. From an ontological point of view the institutional immune system can be shown in the following structure.

Action inhibiting objects are those whose function is the elimination of threats.

Entropy inhibiting objects are those whose function is to avoid a dysfunctional entropy of the active function.

Driving objects are those that impulse the action in an institution.

Catalyzing objects are those that accelerate the functionality of the whole or parts of the institution.

Gravitational objects are those that influence other objects in order to provide the necessary energy to function.

Diana Belohlavek is currently the VP for Knowledge Management & Communication at The Unicist Research Institute.
Her postgraduate studies were in research methodologies at The Unicist Corporate University.
One of the personal interests that has influenced her professional career the most has been the study of myths from an anthropological point of view.
She was a swimmer and a triathlete. Her research work has allowed her to integrate her competitive experience in sports with her personal development and institutional management.
Diana Belohlavek is a member of the Executive Committee of The Unicist Research Institute and the Unicist Confederation. She is also member of the Unicist Confedertion’s Partners Admission Committee.
She is a lecturer in the field of unicist technologies and unicist thinking. She is a member of the Organizing Committee of the Unicist International Conferences.

Objects make research safer and more objective

“Objects” technology is an upgrade in the World of research. It implies that one can establish which parts of the research and past research can be used again.

Research has a goal of discovering causal relationships at some time, but above all it seeks to build sound knowledge that can be accepted and used by all.

The organization of research projects by objects enables – departing and “arriving” at sound knowledge – a significant reduction in the cost of the projects, as well as a higher fulfillment rate of the plans made.

The first thing we should do is define what an object is from a conceptual point of view. An object is an entity that has an implied, extrinsic concept that adds value to a process and with quality assurance interwoven with the object itself.

This definition is ambiguous and complex to understand without an example to explain it.

We can state that a research protocol is an object whose concept is defined by that which is to be researched, to the extent that the steps and instructions listed in the protocol enable the posed hypotheses to be confirmed or rejected. We can state then that the “protocol” object has added value.

Finally, the implementation of the research protocol, that is, carry out the clinical research from an operational/experimental point of view, is that which confirms or rejects the hypotheses originally posed. Every correctly designed protocol meets these criteria.

Diagnosing implies going beyond the signs and symptoms

In Medicine an illness underlies its signs and symptoms, since those are its produces. But symptoms and signs diagnostics is many times confused with the diagnosis of the real problem underlying them.

In the organization field, there are also different levels of diagnoses, according to their complexity level and scope.

In a more superficial level there are both descriptions of the “symptoms” of a problem, which are relatively easy to “see”, and there are descriptions of “signs” that require an objective approach. In a much deeper level, unicist diagnostics works on what underlies those symptoms and signs, focused on the solution of complex problems based on their nature.
