Unicist Business Objects based Institutional Immune Systems

The immune system of an organization is defined by the structure of objects that are able to detect, isolate and destroy the external elements that attack the institution.

The immune system of an organization implies the existence of all the ā€œobjectsā€ that are available in order to destroy the threat.

This is necessary in order to liberate the ā€œnegativeā€ energy introduced by a ā€œvirusā€. From an ontological point of view the institutional immune system can be shown in the following structure.

Action inhibiting objects are those whose function is the elimination of threats.

Entropy inhibiting objects are those whose function is to avoid a dysfunctional entropy of the active function.

Driving objects are those that impulse the action in an institution.

Catalyzing objects are those that accelerate the functionality of the whole or parts of the institution.

Gravitational objects are those that influence other objects in order to provide the necessary energy to function.

More than 3,500 ontological researches were developed since 1976 until September 2010 in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution.

The pathway from Analogical Thinking to Operational Thinking

Foundation-building is the bridge between analogical thinking and operational thinking.

Unicist Ontology of FoundationsThe approach to external reality in businesses requires the use of analogical thinking. The recognition of an external reality requires projecting on it the internal image one has.

External facts become ā€œUFOsā€ if one has no internal image to project. This projection comes from the use of analogical thinking which happens spontaneously and unconsciously.

Individualā€™s thinking process begins when the individual is able to analyze the unconscious perception made by his analogical thinking process and is able to change it after having recognized the subjective aspects s/he deposited on the external fact.

If this projection remains unchanged the individual unavoidable needs to enter in the ā€œstagnated survivor ethicsā€ in order to benefit from the environment exerting the necessary and justified power to obtain benefits without generating value. Ignorance generates stagnated survivors.

Understanding the foundations of reality is what allows moving from analogical to operational thinking. The technical-analytical knowledge is what allows building reasonable, provable and understandable foundations.

People who are installed in stagnant survivor ethics cannot deal with foundation building. They always have a justification to avoid acquiring the necessary knowledge.
