Corporate Universities are a natural way to expand markets in the Healthcare Industry. They require promoting innovative solutions in order to be successful. The Unicist Corporate University is a catalyst for business growth. It fosters the expansion of markets increasing the value of the organizer based on the access to new technologies developed at The Unicist Research Institute.

The structure of a Unicist Corporate University (UCU) has been designed to foster expansion both for the organizing institution and for the participants. A UCU works as a catalyst for the business of the organizing company and as a mind-opener for participants.
To foster expansion, UCUs necessarily need to go beyond the boundaries of the activity of participants.

Unicist healthcare cybernetics is based on the adequate use of languages

To translate this post, click on the title to open it and then click on your flag in the right menu.

Ordinary people consider that signs and symptoms are the same thing. But it is necessary to talk two different languages in healthcare cybernetics. On the one hand, it is necessary to use the scientific language among physicians, and on the other, common language to deal with patients.
The differentiation of the quality of physicians can be measured in terms of the accuracy of the language they are able to use. We are not talking about the external communication of physicians but about the internal language they are able to use when diagnosing.

Unicist healthcare cybernetics avoids heroism

To translate this post, click on the title to open it and then click on your flag in the right menu.

Healthcare problems have to be managed with extreme care. There is no room for heroic attitudes when dealing with diagnoses and cures. It is a question of ethics. That is why this activity requires having a mature attitude to deal with cures but leaving a little bit of heroism for the social attitude that sustains cures. The place for heroism is in the amplitude of the curing effort but not in its individual application. Heroism applied in the curing of patients is naturally a pseudo-heroic action.
