The advantage of managing the concepts of social or business functions is that this knowledge is cross-cultural and timeless. It is valid as long as the function exists. This knowledge has a universal structure that adopts multiple shapes according to the characteristics of the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A superior level of maturity is needed to access the concepts of processes. This maturity is materialized in the awareness of what is being done. The use of the Unicist “Q” Method makes the unicist reflection process possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The use of the reflection process gives access to concepts to any person who decides to add value, no matter the environment or the conditions, as long as s\/he had assumed the responsibility for generating added value and had the necessary will to develop the reflection processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The access to concepts and fundamentals will require more time if this happens in environments that have a low level of maturity and will require less time if the environment is naturally adaptive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The reflection process of survivors requires three stages: accessing value earning ethics, value adding ethics and foundations ethics.<\/li>
  • The reflection process of people driven by value earning ethics requires two stages: value adding ethics and foundations ethics.<\/li>
