The use of \u201cUnicist business pre-diagnoses\u201d as an approach to new projects has been released for the members of the Unicist Confederation.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The objective of these pre-diagnoses is to define the possibilities of achieving results in a new project.<\/p>\n

The core of the system is the development of real added value with the participation of the potential clients. The pre-diagnoses have no cost for the clients.<\/p>\n

After 10 years of internal use they were transformed into an \u201cIntuitive pre-diagnosing system using Delphi Group\u201d to deliver value adding information to potential clients.<\/p>\n

The hypotheses of the Delphi Groups are provided by The Unicist Research Institute.<\/p>\n

The final tests of the system have been just finished and were developed in the USA, Germany, Brazil, Argentina and Spain.<\/p>\n

These tests, working as real applications, allowed defining the limits of the use of the system to ensure the delivery of added value to the final clients.<\/p>\n
