The discovery of ethical intelligence made by Peter Belohlavek at The Unicist Research Institute opened new possibilities to influence individuals’ evolution.

It demonstrates that the ethics of individuals depend only on them and the prices they are willing to pay.

The inconsistencies of ethical intelligence explain most of the business problems.

Ethical intelligence in business defines the value adding possibilities, the influence on the environment, time management, strategic planning and focusing.

A business is consistent when the individuals dealing with it have the ethics required by the activity.

When the ethics is inferior to what is needed, it necessarily inhibits growth installing a “business growth virus” in the organization.

If the ethics used by individuals is superior to what is needed, they install a “business profit virus” in the organization that increases costs and affects profitability.

We hope to be able to influence the business world in order to work consistently with the ethics that is necessary for each type of business leaving meaningless “moralism” and value judgments aside.

This generates added value that fosters growth and saves energy. We owe this to the next generations.

Pre-diagnoses to define the possibilities of projects

The use of “Unicist business pre-diagnoses” as an approach to new projects has been released for the members of the Unicist Confederation.

The objective of these pre-diagnoses is to define the possibilities of achieving results in a new project.

The core of the system is the development of real added value with the participation of the potential clients. The pre-diagnoses have no cost for the clients.

After 10 years of internal use they were transformed into an “Intuitive pre-diagnosing system using Delphi Group” to deliver value adding information to potential clients.

The hypotheses of the Delphi Groups are provided by The Unicist Research Institute.

The final tests of the system have been just finished and were developed in the USA, Germany, Brazil, Argentina and Spain.

These tests, working as real applications, allowed defining the limits of the use of the system to ensure the delivery of added value to the final clients.

Cooperation in diversity: the basis for problem solving

Complex problem solving sometimes drives to opposite and incompatible positions.

These opposite positions provoke three possible behaviors:

1)  Denying the problem

2) Using analysis to seek for solutions

3)  The integration of the opposite positions at a superior level

1) The denial of the problem

Avoiding conflicts drives naturally towards inaction. Therefore denial is a conflictive way to destroy businesses in the short or long run. Confronting at an operational level is a sophisticated way of denial, it provides a natural way to avoid responsibility.

2) Analytical solutions for the problem

Analyzing problems is functional when some of the parts involved are wrong. This implies that in fact there is no confrontation: one is right and the other is wrong. If that is the case the division of the problem into parts allows defining what is right.

When both parts are right and the difference is given by a non-compatible and not evident final purpose, analysis drives towards discussing the parts instead of solving the problem in its oneness. In this case the solution is necessarily a downgraded compromise.

3) Integration of the opposite

Integrating the opposite positions into a superior solution requires having the knowledge of the fundamentals of the solution.

At least one of the parts needs to have the conceptual knowledge but both parts need to consider that the other position might be right. This approach upgrades the solution developed.

Cooperation in diversity, the motto of the Unicist Confederation is the formalization of the use of the differences to upgrade the value delivered to the market.

Cooperation necessarily follows competition: “if cooperation is the starting point utopias will be the end”.

If competition prevails, inaction or degradation are the consequence but the personal risk of the competitors is not endangered.

Cooperation in diversity implies being able to integrate the evolution conflicts with power conflicts and with involution conflicts in order to transform them into actions to produce solutions for the parts involved.
