Unicist technologies applied to clinical trials

A couple of years ago Wyeth introduced a new R&D protocol in drug development. It was named “Learn & Confirm” and relies most heavily on biomarkers and pharmacogenomic approaches.

This methodology is naturally consistent with the unicist complexity research methodology.  Therefore we working with CROs to expand this technology using the unicist healthcare cybernetic approach synthesized in the Unicist Cyberstation.

The Unicist Research Institute invites you to toast on its 33rd Anniversary.  We invite you to light a candle for one minute on Monday, 1st of June at 1:00 pm New York time for the new era that began in the field of complexity management after the discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature.

33anniversary

We are celebrating this anniversary having installed the countdown of the first ontology based knowledge building search engine available in the world:

We are making a business knowledge building engine available for the business world. It includes the technical, analytical and fundamental knowledge to make reliable decisions. The factual and analytical knowledge-base is provided by the existing search engines. The fundamentals knowledge bank is provided by The Unicist Research Institute based on almost 3,000 ontological structures, including the archetypes of 51 countries,  researched and discovered during the last 30 years in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution. The unicist ontology based fundamental analysis made the approach to complexity reliable and a cybernetic approach to business possible. This participative knowledge building technology will expand the technical, analytical and fundamental knowledge bank ad infinitum.

Innovation phobics and Innovation busters cannot grasp unicist ontologies

To translate this post, click on the title to open it and then click on your flag in the right menu.

Dealing with a complex problem requires dealing with its ontology.
If the nature of a complex problem is not approached it cannot be apprehended.
But people can only deal with concepts that are functional to their approach to business or life. Problems become complex when their concepts exceed the boundaries of an individual. To deal with this complexity individuals need to be able to be open to innovations. And the credibility of innovation requires experiencing it. Beyond boundaries everything is new. No hedonist, conservative, innovation phobic or innovation buster can deal with innovations. They do not have the energy to deal with problems that are beyond their boundaries.
Therefore individuals can only deal with complex problems in the field in which they have sound knowledge, and so they can be creative and are open to innovations in such field.
Subjective creativity drives to innovation-busting.

The announcement of the launching of the Unicist Business Knowledge Builder has been made.  You can find the access here: http://www.unicist.com

Unicist Business Search Engine

We expect it to be used by all those who need to build reliable knowledge in the business world. The marketing of this search engine will be based on co-marketing with universal search engines, and alliances with business organizations.

This is possible because our Knowledge Bank has accumulated the information of almost 3,000 researches that cover all the needs for fundamental and technical analysis.

Although it is centered on business knowledge, it also will include the knowledge of the fundamentals of more than 50 countries.

Unicist technologies to deal with business quicksands

To translate UPN posts click on your flag in the right menu.

Lazy minds produce business quicksands

Brain uses about 20% of the energy consumed by the human body. Therefore the human energy conservation function needs to save the energy the brain uses.

This is a natural and functional path that makes people “do things simple”.

But there are also “lazy minds” that go beyond simplicity. They approach reality based on analogies, value judgments, fallacies and utopias.

Diagnosing requires extreme learning capacity

To translate UPN posts click on your flag in the right menu of the UPN homepage.

Diagnosing implies systematically facing uncertainty. Diagnosing requires being able to deal with reality based on the knowledge experts have and their will to open their boundaries if reality does not correspond to the categories they have in mind.

Fallacies are the natural response when this capacity does not suffice.  That is why unicist diagnostic, that includes the diagnosis of the unicist ontological fundamentals, requires an extreme level of learning capacity.

Why is education degraded in many central and peripheral countries?

To translate UPN posts click on your flag in the right menu of the UPN homepage.

A challenging lecture on the unicist ontological research on the evolution of intelligence was led by Peter Belohlavek on May, 15. This activity was sponsored by the Goodwill Network to foster talent development. The research covered 10 countries with apparent extremely different conditions but arriving at the same results.

“What happens with a bright 3-year old child that becomes a 50-year old shiftless individual? Fallacious myths are the answer.
Individuals are exposed to external inhibitors to make them fit into the culture they belong to. Fallacious myths are one of the fundamentals of cultures. People integrate in communities because of their weaknesses and compete based on their strengths. Fallacious myths have a double function: on the one hand, they generate involution but, on the other hand, they are basic for cultures to sustain their identity. But it has to be considered that both abundance and poverty are inhibitors of intelligence…” (Peter Belohlavek)

…ordinary people do;
they raise when they do what they love;
but they elevate much more when they do what they love
and love what they do…

An analogy to guide reflection

Only those who love what they do
can access the real knowledge
of what they are doing….
