Doers build the world, followers enjoy it

The ontology of doers has been published by The Unicist Research Institute.

“Doers are very special individuals. They are basically individuals whose fulfillment is based on doing transcendent things. They need to achieve what they have decided to do. When things cannot be done the easy way, they find the necessary path to make things happen. But it can also be said that everyone is a doer in some field.
This role is taken by all those individuals that have the will and the decision to add value through their deeds.”

“Doers make things happen. Therefore, more than ever before, it is time for doers in the world.”

Round Table on Aesthetics in Marketing 1

For Clients, associated consultants and partners

Next Wednesday, February 25th, at 9:00 am (New York Time) there will be a Round Table on the Aesthetics of Communications in Marketing.  If you are interested in participating but you are not registered yet, please register here, there are no costs involved:
http://www.unicist.org/rt.shtml

Communication is intrinsically a complex problem. It requires dealing with the nature of the problem and developing a solution.
Therefore individual actions do not suffice to provide solutions. Cooperation is basic to ensure results.

Cooperation

We would like to recall a real case of World War II. When war ships sunk there were more middle age survivors than young soldiers. This case was studied, I believe at Stanford, and what was discovered is that middle age people helped each other to survive and young people tried to survive on their own. From then on soldiers were trained in cooperative survival actions.

That is why in all our learning activities, on unicist strategy and complex problem solutions, it is strongly recommended to develop the activity exchanging experiences with others.

Individual preparation

We strongly recommend you to prepare the round table in order to obtain the maximal profit from it. It is recommended that you enter in the synthetic description of the unicist approach that you will find here:

We will be using the conceptual definitions of the communication approach that were used in the Special Clinic that was held in January, and in the Reflection Clinic with Peter Belohlavek.

This clinic was based on the reflection on the following riddle and its application to different personal and business fields.

The Riddle

The cost of a glass is in its solid;
its value is in its hollow.
Its cost has no value.
Its value has no cost.
But both of them are within the glass.

Peter Belohlavek

Application fields

Image building

The cost of your image is given by what you have.
The value is given by what you give.
What you have has no value.
What you give has no cost.
But both are integrated in your image.

Selling process

The cost of selling is given by influencing buyers.
The value is given by satisfying their needs.
Influencing clients has no value.
Satisfying needs has no cost.
But both are integrated in a selling process.

Educational process

The cost of education is given by teaching.
The value is given by learning.
Teaching has no value.
Learning has no cost.
But both are integrated in an education process.

Personal relationships

The cost of a personal relationship is given by supplementarity.
The value is given by complementarity.
Supplementarity has no value.
Complementarity has no cost.
But both are integrated in a personal relationship.

Dealing with the nature of problems is necessarily abstract but the solutions have to be necessarily concrete.

It will be available as part of the free access R&D e-books of Project H.O.P.E. It is the key to community building, knowledge management and commercial expansion. This book will help the companies that participate in Project H.O.P.E. to develop commercial communities to grow.

The Unicist Ontology of Aesthetics

One of the major issues in business is to use a natural way to approach clients. Aesthetics is basic in this sense. Nothing is more anti-aesthetic than over-promising and under-delivering. All those who talk about themselves are SPAMING. They are anti-aesthetic. Aesthetics is a core aspect of our market approach.

That is why we are re-launching the R&D e-book “La estética en la adaptación al medio” (Aesthetics as an adaptive action) for the Spanish speaking market written by Martin Alvaro. This book will change your approach to marketing and image building.

These e-books will be available at Project HOPE’s website in 2 weeks.

Unicist Approach – Declaration of principles

Managing reality based on its nature requires several conditions to be accomplished:

Our responsibility is to add value to the environment and profit from it.
Most people entrust the responsibility of solving the complexity of reality to God, the Government, their Organization or their Boss. Most people usually project on others, judging them for not being what they projected on them.

We are inviting all of you to change the world:

I) We are changing the world by assuming the responsibility of making things happen, without quitting because they appear to be too complex.
II) We are changing the world because we demand awareness of reality.
III) We are changing the world by being democratic, exposing the foundations of what we say or do.
IV) We are changing the world respecting others, whatever the culture they are in, without projecting on them our beliefs or values.

We invite you to enter, step by step, in the understanding of the nature of reality in order to be able to assume the responsibility of making things happen.
We invite you to build the best business in the world, adding extreme value with a minimum cost: The attitude is the cost to be paid.

Value Adding Business – Renewal of the Commitment

Knowledge Businesses are intrinsically ruled by the “Added Value Ethics”. Our position as world leader in complexity research applied to evolution in the social, institutional, business and individual fields requires a consistent commitment of our partners.

We are proposing real solutions to face the global crisis:

We are changing the world….. Participate!

This commitment implies abandoning empirical methods and methodologies in order to use unicist ontological technologies to deal with the nature of the complex problems we are solving. Empirical approaches suffice to solve simple problems but are dysfunctional to solve complexity.

As part of our growth program, in the next month we are integrating 35 associated consultants and 4 partners in the world.

We also confirmed a new category of partners:

“Local individual business partners”

for those who don’t have the vocation to deal with foreign cultures.

The change from empirical methodologies to unicist ontology based technologies requires a learning process that is based on the Unicist Personalized Education which means a continuous improvement process where “Today better than yesterday” has to be a rule.  Learning step by step to use double dialectical thinking is a basic requirement to be able to deal with problems based on their nature.

This is what we propose to our clients:

“Use unicist technologies to replace empirical methodologies in strategy building”

We have to preach by example.

Please reconfirm your commitment to: n.i.brown@unicist.org

The world market deserves it. Growth is the measure.

Unicist Partners' Expansion Program – Unicist Confederation’s Vision 1

We are now in the middle of the Partners’ Expansion Program. That is why time has come to openly publish the Vision of the Unicist Confederation’s business.

Unicist Confederation’s vision is included in the Critical Mass Strategy that all our present partners already have. But we considered that time has come to publish the vision of the business for everyone.

This is the vision all newcomers must share in order to be admitted as partners of the Unicist Confederation.

The basic commitment:

All members of the Unicist Confederation are committed with the objective of dealing with the nature of reality to make things happen.

This implies managing unicist thinking to emulate the structure of the nature of a problem.

The objective is that unicist ontology based technologies replace the empirical strategy building methodologies worldwide.

Questions like:

“How do double dialectical processes work in:

ROI – ROE – Psychology – Financial decisions – Sales processes – Continuous Improvement – Leadership – Alliances – Mergers – etc.”

have to be answered by our partners.

All our counselors need to be able to deal with the ontological structure of their field of expertise. This requires being able to deal with the structure of the nature of a problem. When this has been accomplished, wisdom has been achieved in that field. Wisdom doesn’t mean erudition. Wise is the one who can make things happen (this is an ancient definition of wisdom).

We need all our organization to be focused on learning, step by step, how to envision the ontological structure of the nature of a problem, and how to solve it.

We strongly recommend reading the Vision of the Unicist Confederation that has been published, in order to have the necessary information for the admission process of new partners.

OECD Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) (*)

This year the “Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development” (OECD) will be developing the new research 2009 on the knowledge and skills of 15-year-olds, which will include the use of Internet.

We recommend you to consider this information to learn about the general level of the countries you work with. You can access the last report at:

http://www.oecd.org/dataoecd/15/13/39725224.pdf

You will see the differences between emerging countries, developed countries and underdeveloped countries. It has to be considered that in every country there are emerging, developed and underdeveloped niches. The dominant ones define the general position of a country.

As a metaphor we say that developed countries have a speed of 55 mph, emerging countries exceed this speed (that is why they emerge), and underdeveloped countries are below this speed.

The Unicist Research Institute, as a center specialized in the research in complexity sciences, has to be an emerging organization. Therefore the Unicist Confederation is also an emerging organization that deals naturally with the emerging and the developed niches and individuals worldwide.

That is why we use ambiguous communication (Science/technology – results) to contact the market. Thus we can access both clients that are looking for managing a technology and clients that are just interested in results.

Unicist Learning fosters emergent and developed behaviors worldwide. You can go to the following link to get a free access to the e-book on Unicist Learning:
http://www.unicist.org/deb_ual.php

Free-speed highways are the natural environment of our complexity research activities. 32 years were needed at The Unicist Research Institute to finish the research on institutionalization. You are welcome to share the minimal speed of 55 mph.
