The ontology of doers has been published by The Unicist Research Institute.

“Doers are very special individuals. They are basically individuals whose fulfillment is based on doing transcendent things. They need to achieve what they have decided to do. When things cannot be done the easy way, they find the necessary path to make things happen. But it can also be said that everyone is a doer in some field.
This role is taken by all those individuals that have the will and the decision to add value through their deeds.”

Round Table on Aesthetics in Marketing

For Clients, associated consultants and partners

Next Wednesday, February 25th, at 9:00 am (New York Time) there will be a Round Table on the Aesthetics of Communications in Marketing.  If you are interested in participating but you are not registered yet, please register here, there are no costs involved:

Communication is intrinsically a complex problem. It requires dealing with the nature of the problem and developing a solution.
Therefore individual actions do not suffice to provide solutions. Cooperation is basic to ensure results.


We would like to recall a real case of World War II. When war ships sunk there were more middle age survivors than young soldiers. This case was studied, I believe at Stanford, and what was discovered is that middle age people helped each other to survive and young people tried to survive on their own. From then on soldiers were trained in cooperative survival actions.

That is why in all our learning activities, on unicist strategy and complex problem solutions, it is strongly recommended to develop the activity exchanging experiences with others.

We will be using the conceptual definitions of the communication approach that were used in the Special Clinic that was held in January, and in the Reflection Clinic with Peter Belohlavek.

This clinic was based on the reflection on the following riddle and its application to different personal and business fields.

Dealing with the nature of problems is necessarily abstract but the solutions have to be necessarily concrete.

We are now in the middle of the Partners’ Expansion Program. That is why time has come to openly publish the Vision of the Unicist Confederation’s business.

Unicist Confederation’s vision is included in the Critical Mass Strategy that all our present partners already have. But we considered that time has come to publish the vision of the business for everyone.

This is the vision all newcomers must share in order to be admitted as partners of the Unicist Confederation.

All members of the Unicist Confederation are committed with the objective of dealing with the nature of reality to make things happen.

This implies managing unicist thinking to emulate the structure of the nature of a problem.

All our counselors need to be able to deal with the ontological structure of their field of expertise. This requires being able to deal with the structure of the nature of a problem. When this has been accomplished, wisdom has been achieved in that field. Wisdom doesn’t mean erudition. Wise is the one who can make things happen (this is an ancient definition of wisdom).

We need all our organization to be focused on learning, step by step, how to envision the ontological structure of the nature of a problem, and how to solve it.

This year the “Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development” (OECD) will be developing the new research 2009 on the knowledge and skills of 15-year-olds, which will include the use of Internet.

You will see the differences between emerging countries, developed countries and underdeveloped countries. It has to be considered that in every country there are emerging, developed and underdeveloped niches. The dominant ones define the general position of a country.

As a metaphor we say that developed countries have a speed of 55 mph, emerging countries exceed this speed (that is why they emerge), and underdeveloped countries are below this speed.

The Unicist Research Institute, as a center specialized in the research in complexity sciences, has to be an emerging organization. Therefore the Unicist Confederation is also an emerging organization that deals naturally with the emerging and the developed niches and individuals worldwide.

That is why we use ambiguous communication (Science/technology – results) to contact the market. Thus we can access both clients that are looking for managing a technology and clients that are just interested in results.
