Partners' Certification and Continuous Improvement Program

We would like to inform our partners and associated consultants the schedule for their certification and continuous improvement programs for the coming 3 months.

The complete 2009 calendar of events will be published next week and will be accessible through the Unicist Confederation’s website.

Unicist Modules are developed in the Micro-clinics on Tuesdays and in the QA (Question Answering) Sessions on Thursdays.

Micro-clinics (MC) last one hour and have 2 alternative sessions every Tuesday:

Illegal competition with the Unicist Confederation

The research on the illegal use of TURI’s documents produced unexpected collateral findings. It was found that there are partners who are competing with the Unicist Confederation delivering services based on unicist technologies. This implies breaking the Unicist Partnering Agreement besides producing a damage to our image because of the delivery of services by unqualified professionals using the name “unicist”.
As it was said in the preceeding report on malpraxis, the Unicist Confederation is based on “Affectio Societatis” and “Bona Fide”.
The research will be deepened. Please help us to continue the investigation in order to build a sound and solid Confederation. Anonimous information is unacceptable. Please send the information to the President of the Executive Committee.

The Use of Language in the Global Expansion Strategy of the Unicist Confederation (*) 1

This is a synthesis on the results obtained from the research on the ontology of language and words’ functionality led by Peter Belohlavek and Diana Belohlavek.

The use of language in maximal and minimum strategies

The Natural words to be used to develop activities, which are basic to maximal strategies, are: ambiguous, functional hollow and objective full words. This requires a backward-chaining thinking because the purpose of what is being done has to be understood before entering in a real communication. This implies the need of having experienced the field of action. Therefore, maximal strategies require an “action-thinking/reflection-action” approach. Without a previous conscious experience it is not possible to understand ambiguous, functional hollow and objective full words.

On the other hand, minimum strategies imply the use of different words. Full subjective words (including common sense and plain language), empty and universal hollow words are the way to communicate at this level. The use of these words allows a forward-chaining thinking of the listener and therefore s/he is in control of the situation, which is essential to achieve minimum strategies. In this case, no previous experience is required. It is the natural way to talk about simple operational aspects of reality. Small-talk is the paradigm of this communication.

10,000 individual clients in 2009

In 2008 our organization was Network oriented. Beginning on January 30, 2009 our organization will be specialization driven and market oriented.
During the last three months we have tripled the size of our organization. We will be maintaining this speed of growth during 2009.
 
In order to achieve the goal of 10,000 individual clients in 2009 we have begun with the integration of exclusive “Cooperative Associated Consultants” worldwide in order to develop 1,000 partners by the end of the year.
 
Their business will be focused on individual programs for mid-size business owners and managers.

These Cooperative Associated Consultants will be managed by the regional partners of our organization.
 
We are integrating young graduates who will be participating in a one year Program on Unicist Strategy for graduates, to access a specialized knowledge within unicist technologies. This program (cost USD 25,000) will be part of their exclusive activity during the next year. An alterntive is the participation in a three months program for the beginning.
 
We will be having an exclusive Cooperative Associated Consultant in every significant city in the world.

Unicist Strategy: The New Standard in Business Strategy (*)

The Unicist Research Institute is making a great dissemination effort in order to introduce the unicist ontological approach in different sciences that deal with evolution.

Invitation to complete the Unicist Knowledge Certification 1

Partners are invited to complete their Unicist Knowledge Certification program.

To provide the necessary Quality Assurance to our technology transfer activities it is necessary to validate all the counseling processes using the Blue Eagle X-pert System.  Thus World Class Quality can be assured. As it is defined in the Knowledge Certification Program the certification process implies the presentation of three real cases including a grounded technical explanation of the solutions implemented. Partners’ first level certification -Unicist Coaching- only needs to have the thematic knowledge of their expertise field in order to be able to use the X-pert system as an input and not as a validation tool.

Partners are “Sponsors” of their clients until they have their knowledge certification to operate in an expert field.

Unicist Knowledge Certification Program

We are on the deadline to develop the learning contract proposed at:

There are two different kinds of short learning programs in The Unicist Corporate University:

a) Learning Programs for Users
b) Learning Programs for Experts

They are both based on the nature of adults’ learning that has been researched and discovered at TURI (Unicist Personalized Education).

Both are pleasant processes:

A user learns the unicist approach to solve a real problem s/he has. And therefore the solution of the problem produces the pleasant feedback. The learning contracts in this case might be tacit.

On the other hand, Experts are World Class Counselors. A World Class Counselor is like a professional runner. If at the beginning s/he runs 100 meters in 30 seconds s/he will seek to improve her/his time and run the same distance in 25.  If s/he continues running the distance and improves her/his record to 15 seconds for the 100 meters s/he will be improving her/his first record. In this case, the learning contract must be explicit. The improvement provides the pleasant feedback.

To have a pleasant feedback the measurement of the real “starting case” of a partner is absolutely necessary. The first learning activity will be to improve the solution the partner developed before. That is why only those who have a permanent improvement attitude can be Counselors in the Unicist Confederation.

The continuous improvement program for partners is based on the improvement of the solutions developed by the Counselor at the time s/he managed a lower level of complexity.
