Invitation for Partners – Launching of the Growth and Counter-cyclical Technologies

On November 6 at 10:00 am New York time, we will be developing a micro-clinic on the launching strategy developed in the Unicist Market Lab for the partners who participate in the launching.
The successful international presentation of the “Growth Crisis 2008: Counter-cyclical strategy building”, was a precondition for the launching of the Corporate & Midsize market growth programs. It is for midsize clients with a revenue of more than USD 5 mio/year.
Peter Belohlavek will be in charge of this micro-clinic that will follow the Question Answering Session. It will use the same room.
The Unicist Factbook will be the technology to be used by our partners to develop the descriptive pre-diagnoses of potential clients. The causative pre-diagnoses will be developed centrally using the BEES. The first real pre-diagnoses will be used to adjust the description method. These pre-diagnoses have no cost for the clients.

“Growth Crisis 2008” is now being distributed with free access for Governments, International Organizations, ONGs, Academics and Researchers. It will also be available at our bookstore for the general public in 10 days.
“The financial crisis 2008 is not just one more crisis. It is a structural crisis where the roots of the capitalist system have been threatened.
The history of the crisis has two basic preconditions and two main triggering causes.
The preconditions are the fall of the communist system and the use of consumerism in order to sustain scarcity as an economic driver. The two triggering causes were the technological plateau and shareholders dominance in economic organizations.
Businesses have the responsibility to survive and at the same time to develop growth counter-cyclical strategies. But in order to access a counter-cyclical effect it is necessary to change the concept of what is being offered to the market.
Counter-cyclical strategy building is based on the Unicist Ontology of Evolution and the Unicist Theory for Economic Growth.”

Launching of the e-book “Confederations II”

“Confederations II” was launched in order to sustain the negotiations that are taking place, with more than 100 potential partners, to expand the Unicist Confederation based on the needs provoked by the Financial Crisis.
Diana Belohlavek’s e-book provides a benchmark not only for the members of the Unicist Confederation but also for all those companies and institutions that are trying to develop counter-cyclical strategies. This e-book will not be promoted among the Goodwill Network members.
“Confederations II” will help you to deal with the Critical Mass Strategy and the information produced by the Unicist Market Lab.

Unicist Confederation’s countercycle – Consulting firm integration

We have begun with the integration of consulting firms into the Unicist Confederation. This implies that they install a Unicist Technologies Division and a UKC-Website. Consulting firms need to have an active promotional activity in “Industry Fairs” and “Professional Conferences”.
This will make the integration of the individual counselors with associated consultants and consulting firms possible. Such integration is necessary in order to deliver unicist technologies in the corporate business.

Unicist Individual Counselors

If you enter your UKC’s website you will find the growth and counter-cyclical strategy proposals that are part of “our” counter-cyclical strategy. Growth, counter cycles and doers are our target. The minimal revenue (including success fees) to be achieved by a consulting firm during the first 6 months is USD 500,000.-


Growth: The plane is flying

There are new requests for micro-clinics. This was the milestone we were waiting for to rename the internal organization. From now on the partners that coordinate other partners will be coordinating a “Marketplace”. See: http://www.unicist.org/unr.shtml

The name has been changed because the market orientation demanded it. The use of the name Network was misunderstood by many of the potential partners that were contacted.

The natural organizational model of the Unicist Confederation is the management by results, the market driven organization and the matrix organization. The new name makes the market driven organization more evident.

Launching of the Global Individual Business

We are launching now the Global Individual Business. The individual business does not require the existence of local operation. It is managed by the Confederation and the delivery of the technologies is in English, Portuguese and Spanish. After the pilot test (10-07-08) we will include all or most of the countries we will be approaching with the Unicist Confederation (see list below). They will be distributed based on the influence of the country of residence of partners. We expect to be focused on “doers”, who make things happen. Therefore we expect few clicks and a strong word of mouth strategy based on the value added by the unicist technologies.
