Unicist Reflection Driven Education

All the programs of the Unicist Corporate University are based on managing businesses as adaptive environments using the unicist logical approach.

The concept of the Unicist Master in Business Strategy is equivalent to the concept of Doctorates. The difference is that Doctorates require a thesis based on research while the Master requires the development of real solutions for real businesses that are the full responsibility of the participants.

Functional Education vs. Empirical Education in Business

Functional education is a new stage in business education. On the one hand, empirical education is based on providing knowledge of the know-how of operational, analytic, and systemic business processes.

On the other hand, functional education is based on driving the understanding of the functionality of adaptive business processes, where the learning of the know-why of these processes becomes necessary. Empirical education is training driven while functional education requires action-reflection-action learning processes driven by real applications and learning by teaching.

The educational model uses the reflection driven education that allows introducing new knowledge in the long-term memory of the participants through the use of unicist reflection applied to real pilot testing of the problems that are being solved.
