A Factory to Build Solutions and Knowledge
The Unicist Corporate University works as a teaching hospital in business and is developed through "Business Residencies" and Micro-clinics. This is similar to "Teaching Hospitals" where physicians develop a specialty. The "Teaching Hospitals" in Business provide the learning processes for individuals who already have the necessary technical-analytical knowledge to deal with business administration.
The Residencies and the Micro-clinics are factories to build solutions and knowledge. The Residencies are organized by Micro-clinics that deal with the conceptual approach to specific aspects of businesses. And, on the other hand, these residencies are solution building units that foster the learning of the participants through the applications that are sustained in the Reflection & Coaching Space.
The Ethics of the Unicist Approach
Every leader, whatever the field of action, has the opportunity to know the concepts of what is being done in order to access the root-causes of what is happening. When the root-causes are known, leadership is empowered, because the exertion of power can be minimized and the participation can be enhanced.
We foster that all leaders in the world, whatever their age, decide to manage the concepts of what they are doing to decide to add value through solutions, which solve the root-causes of their problems, consider them as acceptable limits, or use palliatives based on the facts that triggered the problems. The unicist approach to root-cause management is based on the discovery that concepts drive human actions and define the root-causes of problems.
The unicist approach is sustained by the discovery of the intelligence that underlies nature that unveiled the roots of natural evolution, the discovery of the ontointelligence that established the root-causes of individual behavior, the discovery of the unicist archetypes of countries that defined the root-causes of countries evolution and the discovery of the structure of business concepts that defined the root-causes of business processes.
