The Unicist Research Institute (TURI) is a private global research organization that has become the world leader in its field. Since 1976, it has pioneered the application of science to discover the roots of evolution and to develop a scientific approach to the causality of adaptive systems and environments.

TURI was founded as an unincorporated association by Peter Belohlavek, who introduced the functionalist approach to science to address causality in adaptive environments. The research center is supported by both an academic arm and a business arm.

The Unicist Research Institute sponsors the Unicist School of Science and Technologies, which has more than 100,000 followers across 56 countries.

The discovery of double dialectics and the ontogenetic intelligence of nature led to the development of unicist ontogenetic logic. This logic establishes the rules that govern the functionality of self-organized adaptive systems – both living and artificial.

This breakthrough enabled the creation of a functionalist approach using technologies designed to manage adaptive systems. These technologies define the unified field of entities, uncover their underlying functionalist principles, and develop unicist binary actions that ensure their functionality. Their reliability is validated through unicist destructive testing. These technologies address the root causes of behavior in adaptive environments.

The creation of Unicist-DD AI marked a paradigm shift in artificial intelligence. It introduced an artificial conscious reasoning engine that uses the rules of unicist ontogenetic logic to emulate human intelligence, something not achievable with traditional AI.

Unicist-DD AI-Driven Labs deliver technologies as a service (TaaS) to enhance the functionality of social, economic, and business organizations of all kinds. These labs use the Unicist Research Library as long-term memory and operate through their working memory to provide functionalist technologies and solutions that address the root causes of problems.

Unicist business technologies, developed through research at The Unicist Research Institute, are offered under a success-based pricing model with maximum caps. This model ensures positive cash flow for clients and fair compensation for the research provided. It is based on sharing in the value that is generated.
