Mission & Vision

Mission

The Unicist Research Institute's mission is to research complex adaptive systems and develop object driven technologies to help individuals and institutions to manage individual, institutional and social evolution problems based on the knowledge of their nature.

The research activities at TURI are based on the emulation of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature to produce object driven technologies in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution. It allowed the development of the Unicist Standard to deal with adaptive systems.

Acknowledgement

The development of the Unicist Standard was possible due to the participation in the research of hundreds of institutions and companies and thousands of individuals since its beginning in 1976.

As it is known, complexity research has to be developed in the “real world” and doesn’t allow making artificial experimentation. Thus, more than 3,000 researches on unicist ontological structures of reality could be finished giving birth to the Unicist Standard which is based on the discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature and the consequent Unicist Theory of Evolution.

Vision

The objective of The Unicist Research Institute is to research the evolution of living beings and their deeds to make it reasonable, understandable and predictable in order to influence the environment and make it more productive. Based on more than 3,000 researches in the field of complexity sciences it became the major research organization in the world in its specialty.

This implies:

1) Working in the field of complexity sciences.
2) Respecting the nature.
3) Emulating the objects of nature.
4) Researching to produce added value.
5) The development of ontological research methodologies to approach the ontology of complex and adaptive systems.
6) The development of ontology based technologies in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution.
7) The research of the nature of reality from life-sciences to social sciences.
8) Fostering learning through research in order to expand individuals’ internal freedom and responsibility.

The final objective of The Unicist Research Institute was to develop a Unicist Standard to deal with individual, institutional and social evolution. This objective has been achieved and now the goal of TURI is the development of complementary technologies to extend the boundaries of its use.

TURI has:
-an academic arm ( The Unicist Corporate University): http://www.academic.unicist.org
-a business arm (Unicist Confederation): http://www.unicist.net
