Our research activity in the field of complexity sciences is being transformed into a confederative-cooperative-global organization.
Since January 1, 2008 our research has been focused on applied research in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution.
The confederative research organization will be integrated by research groups and individuals focused on applied research projects using the unicist ontology-based complexity research methodology.
Research projects will be focused on the development of complex problem solutions for:
• Global Institutions
• Local Institutions
• Global Businesses
• Local Businesses
Research consortia are “joint ventures” with corporations to develop solutions for complex problems.
Our organization is global because the solution of complex problems requires experts who are spread worldwide. The participation of our researchers is based on their expertise and the requirements of the specific problems to be solved.
There are three research areas:
Organizational laboratories
Market laboratories
Future scenarios
There is a local manager for each project.
The laboratories are based on the rules of “inventions”, which include intellectual property, industrial secrecy and patenting of the developed objects. Such rules are not applicable to future scenarios building.
There are three alternatives to develop R&D:
1) An outsourcing of the R&D activity
2) An insourcing of the R&D activity
3) A research consortium integrating our research center and the enterprise
Research consortia are integrated by members of the Unicist Network and the client working with the Unicist XD methodology.
The BEES – Blue Eagle X-pert System is the basic tool for the quality assurance of diagnostics.
Problems are approached with the unicist methodology for “Design of complex systems research.”
Each project is an independent “joint venture”, with an individual contract with the client and the members of the confederation.
There are two completely different application fields: |
