About The Unicist Research Institute
The Unicist Research Institute (TURI) is a global research center specialized in complexity sciences focused on the research of the nature of the evolution of adaptive systems.

Its applicative research is centered on social, institutional and individual evolution, using an ontological approach to the complex adaptive systems involved. This approach is synthesized in the Unicist Standard to deal with the nature of adaptive systems.

TURI is a global decentralized complexity research organization with a business arm and an academic arm. The business arm is developed by the Unicist Confederation and the academic arm is in charge of The Unicist Corporate University.

The Operation

TURI, as a global decentralized organization, develops its activity on the sites of its Partners, Associated Consultants and Experts.

There are no headquarters but a centralized Executive Committee and a centralized delivery of technologies composed by:
1) A Knowledge Bank of the open access technologies
2) A centralized delivery of diagnoses and strategies developed with the Blue Eagle X-pert System
3) The delivery of Unicist Business Objects to our clients

The Research

Our research has been and is globalized and decentralized. As it is well known, the research in Complexity Sciences cannot be done making artificial experiences. Thus every project that is developed for a client is at the same time a research project having two goals:

a) The continuous improvement of our implementation processes
b) The possibility of discovering new aspects of the nature of a specific reality

This is the way the applicative research was developed in the past, is being developed now and will be developed in the future.

The Academic Arm

The technologies included in our knowledge bank are basic for our academic activities which are focused exclusively on Unicist Object Driven Strategy learning programs, teaching people to manage the nature of businesses.

Goodwill Network

The Goodwill Network (GN) is a global organization that fosters the development of equal opportunities for all that is sponsored by TURI.
The GN works as a "pay it forward" chain to promote an added value ethic by giving opportunities to others who pay them forward.

The Executive Committee

The Executive Committee that coordinates the activity of TURI is led by Peter Belohlavek.
