When necessary the strategic diagnosis can be provided as an additional delivery from our counselors. Based on an intention letter a pre-diagnosis will be developed. This pre-diagnosis provides the necessary information to design the project, the objectives to be achieved, the technology to be transferred and the costs and payment conditions. The pre-diagnosis is done without charging costs to the client. The technology transfer agreement is based on a front fee and a success fee to be paid based on the results achieved.
