We invite young academics to integrate a cooperative research consortium to research the particular characteristics of local approaches to the learning and education of gifted individuals.
This research project is centered on how the culture fosters learning programs for high-potential individuals and their relation with the learning of culture basics.
The research is based on the unicist ontology of learning processes. To learn such ontology academics have to participate in the
Graduate Program for Complexity Research
( http://academic.unicist.org/ip_r.shtml ) that will be sponsored by our organization.
Operationally, the research activity is based on the falsification and monitoring of five gifted undergraduate students to confirm or discover how the educational system fosters learning based on individual characteristics. The necessary ontological structures to carry out this project are provided by The Unicist Research Institute.
Considering the academic background of participants, both activities, academic and research, require an investment of 6 hours a week.
The program begins on 4/1/2008 and the conclusions will be published in a book by 3/30/2009. Credits will be included in the book. The research project will be lead by Peter Belohlavek.
